The food and restaurant were impressive. The swimming pool was pleasant, and its adjacent washing area was convenient. Additionally, the room balcony offered a good view of the ocean.
The hotel room lacks meticulousness in cleanliness. Given the price, it doesn't seem worth it; the room appears more suited for a cheaper rate, yet they charge significantly more.

Food was the only nice thing, but very very long waiting time.
Very poor room conditions, not good service, staffs are not hospitable. Not at all value for money. The amount of money taken vs the experience delivered, is a total mis-match.

Good atmosphere and good surroundings with nice garden and pool outside the room. Breakfast was okay. Rooms were spacious.
Room was poorly lit and bathrooms were little uncomfortable since the toilet was very low. No lift to the basement room

Location, staff, ambience and beautification all I liked. Most importantly nearness of a better sea beach.
A little bit of more professionalism required for everything. Rest is beautiful.

excellent location, huge property with lots of amenities. spacious rooms with balconies
1. the amenities are old and in urgent need of a renovation. the bathroom especially is outdated and basic essentials for a hotel charging 14k a night are missing. like a dental kit, a hair dryer, tissue papers in the bathroom, a hand shower.
2. very few options at the bar and those too, are extremely expensive. An Indian whiskey like antiquity blue is being sold for 400 rupees for a 30 ml!

Rooms not well kept, very badly kept and on top of it no water for almost one hour in the morning. Very bad experience

Excellent property bang on the beach with impeccable service levels and amazing staff. Well maintained swimming pool, super clean rooms and a nice restaurant although a bit on the expensive side with limited menu, but great quality food. Overall amazing stay.
Food choice is limited and quite expensive. Bikes/ Bicycles on rent would be a great valuation addition as it is little away from the main swargadwar area

Location is exceptionally good. Very close to sea beach. Sea facing really awesome. Would recommend to my family & friends 👍👍

The location is excellent just next to the beach. The swimming pool is always nice and big.
The staff is also very nice.
The rooms are a tad small. Difficult if you are 3 in a room.
The bathrooms have scope for improvement.
