excellent location, huge property with lots of amenities. spacious rooms with balconies

1. the amenities are old and in urgent need of a renovation. the bathroom especially is outdated and basic essentials for a hotel charging 14k a night are missing. like a dental kit, a hair dryer, tissue papers in the bathroom, a hand shower. 2. very few options at the bar and those too, are extremely expensive. An Indian whiskey like antiquity blue is being sold for 400 rupees for a 30 ml!

what’s promised on images via booking.Com is double room and double bed vs - reality: single room and double bed. total fraud. certainly not value for money, u feel cheated

Rooms not well kept, very badly kept and on top of it no water for almost one hour in the morning. Very bad experience

Excellent property bang on the beach with impeccable service levels and amazing staff. Well maintained swimming pool, super clean rooms and a nice restaurant although a bit on the expensive side with limited menu, but great quality food. Overall amazing stay.

Food choice is limited and quite expensive. Bikes/ Bicycles on rent would be a great valuation addition as it is little away from the main swargadwar area

Location is exceptionally good. Very close to sea beach. Sea facing really awesome. Would recommend to my family & friends 👍👍

Breakfast varieties

The location is excellent just next to the beach. The swimming pool is always nice and big. The staff is also very nice.

The rooms are a tad small. Difficult if you are 3 in a room. The bathrooms have scope for improvement.
