Uitzicht

Honderden kleine vliegen in de kamer. Ontbijt te simpel

Professioneel gerund hotel met gastvrij en vriendelijk personeel. Eigen grote en gratis parking. Prachtig zicht (ook het terras en de kamers met balkon) over de vallei en de wijngaarden. Goed restaurant -eens niet alleen de typisch Duitse keuken- met een fantastische wijnkaart (en advies). Uitgebreid ontbijtbuffet -eieren worden à la minute klaargemaakt.

In het dal ligt een drukke verbindingsweg. Het geluid ervan bereikt het hotel. 's Avonds en 's nachts is het evenwel rustig en stil. De leiding naar de douche (en vooral die van het warm water) kan best wat meer druk verdragen... Geen airco op de kamer -maar misschien is dat in deze streek minder nodig.

De locatie is prachtig. Het ontbijt is erg goed. Je kan daar geweldig genieten van het prachtige uitzicht.

Het internet is erg traag. We kregen een hotelkamer zonder uitzicht.

Het uitzicht is prachtig. Ontbijt op terras is genieten. Bedden comfortablel en alles keurig schoon.

2de verdieping (bovenste) en geen airco bijna niet te doen s nachts zo warm. Met ramen open moeten slapen maar weg achter erg luidruchtig s nachts. Ontbijt prima maar wat karrig, moesten bijv om croissants vragen omdat ze maar met 2 aangevuld wetden en wij waren met zn 4n. Beleg.weinig keuze. Niet zoals we in duitsland gewrnd zijn. Lift stuk dus lastig trappen voor een van ons met een voetblessure.

Excellent location with an incredible view on the Ahrtal valley.

The Hotel is overlooking its town and it was a magnificent view, the room was superb and complete with amenities, and the staff was accommodating and always there when you need a hand ( they helped us to park 😂). The breakfast was great, and while dining we have the luxury to enjoy the scenery. The total cost of our stay is reasonable

What we don't like was, it was a short stay, we could have stayed longer and enjoyed the scenery.

Staff seems to be working against their will here. Except for one person, everybody seemed super grumpy. Service with a smile is not part of the concept. Would be good to have vegetarian options on the restaurant menu as well. It is 2022 where people want something different than dead animals.

Beautifully run hotel with excellent views terraces and exceptional staff. We normally stay in Mayschoss but the disaster meant we came here to support the valley. The hotel was excellent so we will have difficulty choosing in future years. Breakfast was excellent in super surroundings.

We hadn't realised the restaurant was closed but the staff told us a good place to go.
