Great location in the heart of Oslo, very close to everything. The bus stop is right at the door, and it's close to the tram and the train station. A fantastic base for exploring the city. The apartment is very small, but very functional. The bed is very comfortable with soft pillows, a large duvet, and quiet air conditioning. A very good and convenient solution was the room with lockers for luggage and a closet with spare items in case something runs out in the room, as well as towels for replacement. It's self-service and very convenient, and we were able to enter the room 2 hours earlier, for which we were very grateful! The windows are very tight, so they block out all external noise. Highly recommended!

It's hard to find any downsides; the only issue we had was with disposing of the large amount of trash we produced since we were cooking in the kitchenette, but you can give it to the cleaning staff. Also, I think that if someone gets a room closer to the entrance door on the floor, they might have a problem with the slamming doors, which could be annoying.

Nice clean modern apartment in central location

TV didn’t work, and clearly has never been set up. Looking at reviews, we could see this has been a problem for all guests for several months. Complained to staff (over whatsapp as there are no staff physically available) and was essentially told that yes the TVs don’t work at the moment. I asked if they were fixing the problem or if we could be otherwise compensated as the room was not cheap and was advertised as having a TV and they are clearly aware from reviews that the TVs haven’t been working for months. I got a response that they would bring a ‘sorry treatment’ to the room. The ‘sorry treatment’ arrived and it was an individually wrapped tiny bite size piece of chocolate (not even one each!) which felt more offensive than giving us nothing at all! Would not recommend just on the basis of this poor customer service.

The location was great, with walkable practicality to all tourist attractions around. All rooms were just renovated and looked perfect. Bed very comfortable and just I like. Heated floor in a bathroom. Complimentary (maybe just because some floors are still under renovation) water, snacks.

There is nothing to complain about.

Easily accessible from Oslo S and the self check in was seamless even without having any staff onsite. I arrived earlier than expected into Oslo and asked if an earlier checkin was possible and they were very responsive with quick communication. Will definitely be returning to stay when I’m back in town. I like how there is a washing machine in the room and to my surprise they even provided a laundry pod.
