Apartmani Mutogras was fabulous. The host, Ante, went above and beyond as well. Due to our flights being delayed, we didn't arrive until after 10 pm. Our family was hungry but everything was already closed. However, Ante knew we would be hungry so he had stocked the fridge for us with meats, cheeses, yogurts, juice, water, bread, etc. It was so sweet of him and extremely appreciated. It was the perfect snack we needed to hold us over until breakfast the next morning. The location is perfect if you're looking for something directly on the beach, quiet and relaxing. The apartment comfortably suited 5 people. The kitchen provides everything you need if you are wanting to cook. The sun loungers that are provided are a nice perk and you do not need to carry them far. There are markets and a few restaurants within walking distance. The host was always available for any questions we had and was more than helpful.

Honestly, there really isn't anything we didn't like. The only things I would have preferred were a softer bed and having A/C or a fan in the bedrooms. But, those are merely personal preferences. We will definitely stay at Apartmani Mutogras again if we come back to Podstrana!

Tolle Lage, es ist alles leicht zu Fuß erreichbar; Supermarkt, Restaurant, Bushaltestelle (sehr gute Verbindungen nach Split und Omis)Bankomat. Direkter Zugang über Privatgrundstück zum Strand und fix zugeteilter Parkplatz am Grundstück. Das Apartment befindet sich im 3. Stock, ist wunderschön eingerichtet, sehr geräumig und soweit alles da was man benötigt. Durch die vorhandene Spülmaschine und Waschmaschine wird alles erleichtert. Der Balkon ist etwas schmal war für uns aber als Pärchen kein Problem.

Die Sonnenmarkise kann bei stärkerem Wind nicht verwendet werden. Ab Mittag wird es dadurch sehr heiß. Keine Moskitonetze vorhanden

September is very convenient for private vacation. I appreciate dishwasher in the kitchen, also washing machine is above standard service. The equipment is very comfortable. The building is direct on the beach.

Only one thing I could see, the balcony is narrow. It is not suitable for whole the family eating ;-)

Very close to Split, Trogir and other see worthy sites.

Absolutely perfect, professional and friendly approach. The owners are very friendly and helpful people. The apartment is located in a nice place and is luxuriously equipped, stylish and very clean. The level of service and apartment exceeded my standards, which I was used to from Croatia. I can therefore highly recommend and I will be back next year :)

We had amazing view from the balcony. The apartments' building is very close to the beach, we had to walk just 20 m to the sea. The apartment was very clean and it had all that we needed inside. It looks like in the pictures. Also, the owners are very friendly and helpful. Everything was just perfect. We kindly recomand this location.
