Lovely staff, nice and comfortable accommodation. Very neat, tidy and clean. Would stay again as it was good value for money

All it was missing was something to wash the dishes with and some extra bin bags.

Large apartment with bedroom and bathroom upstairs. Quiet countryside. Not far from the beaches and good walks inland.

Limited heating in cold weather in rather large apartment

Nice & peaceful in quiet countryside location, but yet centrally located for our needs, ie for traveling to Tavira Island & night-time dining out in Alburfeira.

Only minor issue was main RCD fuse tripping in evening & we lost power in the apartment probably due to faulty appliance(s) twice. It was only in the morning when we plugged in the kettle, which had not even been switched on, caused the RCD to trip again, so power lost again at breakfast time. Once main fuse switch in downstairs Utility services room was turned on again & we had power back, that we had to boil the water for tea & coffee in a large saucepan on the electric hob

We are a bit disappointed, the first day of our stay they decided to do some maintenance in the building we were staying. They accommodation was almost empty and they give us the building that need some work done. We spoke to the staff not a real answer they just walk away. Asked for their complaints books. Still waiting to hear from them.

Location was very good, confused about parking, but the reception lady explain, that outside is for free, probably not always. There is a lot space, everything is very old, but quite clean. Cheap price Amazing view

Very old, couldn't found entrance easy. In picture shows swimming pool, but really not sure, that there, no any info and not found. This hotel could be beautifull, if refurbished, now just very very worn. If be refurbished, be happy to pay 2 or 3 times more. Didn't like, when come in, was waiting nice view in 14th level, but these iron blinds....after sorting, how to open, was beautiful view.

The location is very good, it is quiet, peaceful and relaxing. A countryside setting but close enough to the main road- N125

We don't had breakfast, and the wifi had poor connection at the room.

The bed wasn't comfortable. The outside chairs were hard-plastic and uncomfortable. The entire apartment needed a good sweeping out.

The location was super. My apartment size was alright.

The swimwmingpol was ok.

No air conditioner, 70’s style. No ventilation in the bathroom. Musty smell in the flat.

Location was great as we were having an event close to the hotel. Also, it's close to beaches and restaurants. The villa was clean.

The villas are sooo outdated. It seems they have repainted the facades and probably replaced the floor tiles, but that's all. The rooms, wardrobes, bathroom, and kitchen must be at least 50 years old. So value for price is really low. There was never anyone in reception, so what you could only do was to call a number and then trust someone who would tell you that soon someone would appear.

The property was pleasant and clean. The staff was very friendly and kind. Quite. Perfect for families. Pet friendly.

There is nothing around. Not a bakery, no fresh bread in the morning or a supermarket for quick supplies.
