Location is excellent. Husband surfed straight out the front every day (beginners and experienced-short boat journey), both to left and right sides of hotel plenty of places to sit and enjoy the sunset, places to eat. The return Equator boat trip went directly from the front of our hotel, which was great. Our villa was fabulous, the bed so comfortable and extra living space was useful. Bathrooms large and modern. We had a private pool which you might use more if your villa is set back from the main pool. Just to note, although it is called a beach club it does appear to have a bit of an identity crisis 😊. There is some beach club music (not constant and generally not loud) but overall we felt it to be more traditional accommodation. If you want beach club, go to Ohana's just a few doors down (LBC pool much better fyi).

Just couple of things... They were often missing items from the menu (perhaps due to them being on an island), another large bathroom towel would have been appreciated, replacing of clean glasses in the bathroom, upgrade unisex communal pool toilets.

We had read a few average reviews regarding the staff and resort but when we were there the staff could not be more helpful and friendly and the resort was lovely with a great central location. The few each morning from breakfast was lovely and the perfect place to have a drink and watch the sunset. The villa we stayed in was also very comfortable and very private.

There was a little bit of street noise when they had music at some of the bars but this never really went on longer than 10pm. Dinners were a little expensive

The location was fantastic, lots of restaurants nearby, right on the beach. Having our own plunge pool was amazing. Breakfast was nice too. FYI take the Arthamas fast boat, you can book this direct with the boat company. The boat lands about 300 meters from the hotel, so don't be suckered in by the local taxi.

There are roosters from the locals, so take earplugs.

Voor ons geen probleem, maar evt handig voor anderen om te weten: - de kamer werd niet dagelijks schoongemaakt - je kan geen rekeningen op kamernummer zetten, maar dient deze telkens direct te betalen

The location of the property was on the beach and pleasant landscape areas surrounding the villas. Easy access to the busy street and Lemongrass restaurant.

We did not like the bathroom as it looked unfinished with a sand pit recess the size of a shower adjacent the water closest. The sand pit should have been landscaped with pebbles and plants. We complained about this situation after spending two nights there and a hotel staff member showed us a similar room with a slightly landscaped sand pit recess. However we were still unhappy about the situation and to our amazement later in that day we received good news, the management of the hotel resort upgraded us to a villa which contained our own pool in which we spent the remaining five nights.

Location in town. Breakfast was good.

The photos do too much justice to this resort. Our room was very, very damp. The A/C was leaking and made the walls, floor everything wet. The gym was looking very old and falling apart. It was over priced with this considered.

Beach was good. Ambience great

Could not get through to reception for leaking toilet, then needing towels to mop up water that came into room when raining. Service eg at breakfast they were slow or forgot things like poaching eggs or refilling coffee. TOASTER did not work. Absolute joke. Get a new one. Range was ok but only 1 thing I could eat as a healthy eater.
