The location is close to everything. The owner and staff were extremely helpful and gave us great suggestions for sightseeing. It was also very clean. They serve a great breakfast too.

The location in town is perfect, the accommodations are fabulously equipped and comfortable. The staff are friendly, informative and this stay was our favorite 3-day portion of our trip. We would highly recommend it!

The place is in foot reach to the ski lifts, you can get ski rental discount, free ski bus tickets (not really needed) and free swimming and spa complex tickets. There is an inner garage. Despite lack of large variety of hot dishes, the breakfast was exceptionally rich for a 3 star hotel. We were also surprised by a full sized bath in the room. The personnel is friendly and helpful like in 5 star hotel.

friendly staff and super location

Oh my goodness where do I start. First, when we had trouble locating the hotel garage (direction was fine but we messed up) the hotel employee actually got in our car and directed us to the garage! Talk about service. Location was right in town close to everything yet super quiet. Decor inside and outside in patio/lounge area was gorgeous. Breakfast is terrific. Same hotel employee made sure to tell us where to hike and wrote down directions to drive to our next destination without us even asking. If I lived in this town, I would hire her. Lastly, very clean hotel and even our balcony chairs were spotless. Great views. Highly recommend.

We had such a wonderful stay at Fortuna. Our host was so friendly, attentive and helpful throughout our stay. The location was great and the accommodation was very clean. The breakfast had a very nice selection as well. Would definitely recommend this lovely hotel!

The hotel was located close to the centre of the town. There was secure parking available in the basement. Our room had a table and two chairs that were useful for writing. The host was very welcoming and hospitable. The buffet breakfast was superb with a very wide range of options,

Very nice hotel in Ortisei, liked the garden area outside and also staff are very nice. Good breakfast in the morning. Also short walk to central town and restaurants etc.

Very quiet area. 5 minute flat walk from the center of Ortisei. Extremely well kept and clean. Breakfast was very good. Front reception welcoming and helpful!

Nothing! It was a very nice place to stay.

The woman who runs the place was so extremely helpful and nice. She called our cab company when they didn't show up and served breakfast early the day we departed because she knew we had an early train. We had a nice view of the mountains from our room. No AC, but didn't really need it as was cool at night. Enjoyed the little veranda. Room was small but very clean and bathroom was nice. Would come back again.

AC would have been nice, but we did fine without it, so not really a problem.

The town center is a few minutes' walk away. Quiet, peaceful place.

As it was very hot during our stay, there was a lack of air conditioning. The room smelled unpleasant. The double room is small enough. There was a big lack of a fridge.

The possibility of having dinner at a hotel restaurant.

Great staff, easy check in, good directions to walk to Seceda Gondola. Good breakfast. Exceptionally clean room, spacious for 3 adults. Super friendly

Pros: -amazing staff who were so kind and accommodating - free and very secure parking -beautiful views of the hillside -6 minute walk to the Main Street -followed covid procedures -very clean and homey rooms -excellent breakfast with a big variety

-mattress was really firm by American standards (but that is common throughout Italy so just something to be aware of)

The location is perfect and the host are extremely nice and helpful. We were constantly asking Gregor for restaurant recommendations and suggestions for hiking trails and he did it with a smile.

We being coffee addicts would have loved if there was a coffee station inside the room. Nevertheless upon request we were offered coffee in the room every morning.

The hotel is squeaky clean and well located at a 5 minute walk from the centre of Ortisei. Lovely view of the valley and towards Sassolungo. Very quiet. Good sized balcony. Good breakfast. Hotel staff very accommodating and friendly. Access to Bolzano and other buses very close by. We would certainly stay there again.

The only extra thing we would like to see would be a bar fridge in the room.
