Location was great, quite close to Elante mall.

Bed matteres and pillow covers were not clean. The toilet flush were really bad. Had to ask the staff to change it but only on insisting he agreeded to replace them. Hope they will make sure that everything is clean before alloting rooms.

The hotel updated our reservation and we had a suite. So the room was great and the bathroom was OK. The breakfast was excellent

But the room was cold because it had no heating sistem, altaugh it was winter

Every hotel in India provide breakfast on complementary basis but this hotel not provide me breakfast .i also requested that i need dinner instead of breakfast because according to my official schedule it was not possible to me for breakfast.so my experience was not good .

everything should be transparent like mini bar in room.guest does not know how many things are in that place.so this experience was also bad.

I liked the room was easy to access, clean, had local restaurant and staff were sufficient making our check in and out simple. Booked and provided accommodation on the day we arrived.

Our room was situated by the staff lift which was used for various things This resulted in a lot of noise and passing traffic causing a lot of noise following a very long journey. I had pointed this out to staff at check out and was advised there was no other rooms. Something to be mindful when booking as we were newly weds and really would have benefited after a very busy an big wedding with some peace. I also mentioned upon booking we were newly weds but had nothing in the room as I had from other hotels whilst we travelled. It would have made a nice touch.

I love everything, nice quite place. Enjoyed being at KLG

It’s not about not liking. Just found some flaws during breakfast, for not being able to find cups, plates or even food containers were empty. Had to wait 10 mnts to get what we wanted. Restocking was the main issue
