huge bed, comfortable sheets, ceiling fan, beautiful timber and general ambiance, friendly staff, kitchen on staff should you want a meal, hot shower. booked the cheapest room on booking.com which was bigger than we needed so hosts moved us to a more suitable room for same price. hosts organised taxi for airport for early next morning

Food is ok but can be better

This place is really deceptive. We’re a family of four and booked the “family suite.” It’s supposed to have four beds and a view. When we arrived, we were shown a tiny room with two beds and two tiny slits in the wall that we can’t see out. Realistically, we are in a windowless room. It’s too small for us. When the woman here called the owner, she yelled at my wife on the phone and said that the family suite is only for six people. She told us two beds are fine for us because we only have four people. I wish I could put up a screenshot of our reservation. We made it two months ago. The hotel had more than enough time to tell us we couldn’t have the room we booked. Our booking has the specific room on it. The woman here wouldn’t look at the printout we tried to show us. This would all be better if: 1: the room we have to stay in wasn’t so depressingly tiny, airless (we can’t reach the windows, much less open them), and dark. It’s really sad. I put pictures of the two “windows” in the review. 2: they had acknowledged in some way that they just gave the room to someone else, even though we had a long-standing reservation. They could’ve said “sorry, there’s been a mistake.” Instead, they yelled at us (and I mean that) that the room was only for “big groups,” which, after my wife pointed out that there were four of us, became “the room is only for six people.” This isn’t something I’m aware of as a longtime user of Booking.com. 3: if reserving the room for four people instead of six was really a reason to give us a lesser room, they had two months to tell us this. We specified how many people and their ages when we made the booking. They could have said something at any point before we checked in, got shown a different room than what we agreed upon, tried to get it rectified, got handed a phone with the angry owner on the other end and produced the printed copy of our reservation.

It havent parking place, not pool, super small bathroom and for it, a little bit expensive.

The mattress is soft in the middle and needs rotation or replacement, we didn't have a good night and woke up both with neck or back pain.

The hotel is really pretty and centrally located. It is small but cozy and the atmosphere is really pleasant. The people are wonderful and take care of all the guests' needs. The chef is from Italy and he proudly cooks Italian food for guests. The room was spacious and the bed very large and ultra comfortable. The bathroom was the smallest I have ever seen but had everything needed, including the best towels we found anywhere in Colombia. We really enjoyed our stay here.
