Enough place to sleep, spacious bath, quiet place with fresh mountain air and own parking place.

Nice and cosy guesthouse, run by a very nice and friendly owner. Not in the touristic place - but it was a plus for us :) Central location allowing to explore the surrounding places. Very spacious and clean bathroom. Good breakfast on the terrace was a great start of the day.
It would be great to have a small fridge in the room. But even without it we had a great time!

Elsie, the manager, was an amazing host. Just wonderful!! The breakfast was great with enough space to handle multiple bigger groups. Rooms were cool and quiet. There were lots of parking spaces in the back. It’s a really good value for all the extras and the quiet.
Nothing - would definitely stay there again.

Gasthaus Tannenhof is a fantastic place to stay for a few nights in Lutz. We stayed with the host Elsie with a group of ten friends, enjoying the region by motorbike. We received the most warm welcome from Elsie. She went out of her way to make this a truly great experience for the entire group. The rooms are spacious with comfortable beds and the breakfast buffet is simply excellent. We enjoyed a wide variety of food for dinner, from traditional Philippian kitchen to traditional German schnitzels and barbecue. We will definitely be back some day.

Elsie. She is a delight to be around, her enthusiasm that she shares with her guests, make her a true treasure!! Delicious breakfast served each morning.

Nice breakfast and amazing host/owner of the property. She really made our stay enjoyable and would like to return for that reason.
Everything was really nice and enjoyable. The only thing that can be improved is the mattress which was not straight. It felt like my feet were higher than my head.

It was very clean, the lady there so very nice and helpful, quite place not too far from Cochem.
The rooms very comfortable, the bathrooms spotless. Very good process to sign in and out. Good breakfast. Excellent parking place.
It was certainly more than we expect it, and we would warmly recommend it.
The internet didn't work at all. Our personal didn't as well.
