Lovely location and comfortable room

There is a dog which frequents the property and which attacked both my wife and myself on different occasions. The bites were quite significant and would severely traumatise a child. I believe this has happened before.

Little paradise close to Vieste. The team was very very friendly!! We felt right at home. Breakfast was excellent and included many homemade options!

Shanti bed & breakfast is absolutely georgous. We had a very pleasant stay in a beautiful and lovely area. We were warmely welcomed and breafast was homemade and delicious. We had very great recommendation from our host for outside dinner. We really recommend to stay at Shanti. We would love to have more days here. Thank you for your welcoming Shanti !

Welcomed by our friendly host Nicola, who suggested things to do the next couple of days. The bandb is stunning. Very remote, with beautiful views and gardens. He showed us to our lovely room. I explored the infinity pool area, Ordered gand t and beer to drink on our patio. Went down for a very special meal at 8am. The owner welcomed us and all the guests individually, explaining each dish. It was wonderful. A real experience, but far too much food for me. A selection of vegetable starters, then a large portion of parmigiana, then mashed beans and greens. The meal ended with a spectacular chocolate pudding that John declared was the best pudding he had ever had. I turned mine away and had a couple of spoons of Johns. finished with limoncello. At breakfast we were greeted by Jean Carlos, who showed us the excellent buffet choice. Fruit, cereals and lots of home made cakes, home made preserves and home made yoghurt, plus we could order eggs, ham, cheese etc from the kitchen. We had fruit, cereal and yoghurt. Then I had scrambled eggs, and John had eggs and bacon. Fruit juice, plus excellent coffee, and John managed cake as well. Best breakfast yet! We had planned a day trip from our guide books, as Nicola had explained that it is a Saints Day today in Vieste, Santa Maria. The pilgrims walk the effigy of Santa Maria along the coast from Vieste at around 9am when the road is closed and return around 9pm in the evening. Meanwhile , part of the coast road is closed. Nicola took one look at our plans and suggested we did half today and the other half tomorrow! The roads are very winding! We took his excellent advice. The next evening, after a day of adventure we booked in again for the evening meal. Another amazing meal, which this time, I managed to pace myself better for. We spoke to Nicola about how much we are enjoying our stay here. We explained that we have been many places in the world but this place and his concept has made this 1 of our best ever experiences

The area of B&B Shanti is exceptionally beautiful and we really enjoyed staying there. The pool is a really nice place to relax and enjoy the sun, especially with Aperol Spritz and coffee served there. The staff working at Shanti is so nice and helped us to choose activities in the area. Almost all the food served at breakfast and sometimes also at dinner is homemade, regional, and really delicious. We can highly recommend this place and would have loved to stay longer!

A beautiful place, with amazing view of the montains. The stuff were extra friendly, so helpfull and nice. We had a small room on the upper floor which required a bit climbing, but most of the rooms require much less. Nicola, the owner, suggested us to join dinner in the hotel and it was delightful. (They don't have one every night), we loved it. He also suggested trails and resturants which were all great. The room and garden were very clean, and nicely decorated. Wifi was superb. Breakfast was very good, all home made products. We will definitely come back for more!
