Nice hotel. Restaurant in the hotel is popular and gets busy around dinner. Staff was nice and the food delicious

Old building, therefore thin walls. There are chairs in the hallway and we could hear loud voices in the night. Somebody threw a little party there.

Location is amazing and so is the tastefully furnitured hotel. The house a typical very old town house. Very beautiful with all upbto date amenities one would expect. Staff is super friendly, breakfast is excellent.

The location is absolutely great. We walked to the restaurant Post and beautiful lake side. When we arrived, beer and wine were served. Breakfast is beyond our expectations. All served freshly made, unlike American continental style. Highly recommended! Would love to go back for another visit.

Really friendly and helpful staff. Great breakfast. Lovely cosy hotel with modern refurbished rooms. Excellent shower, really clean and great heaters which we needed in December!

The rooms were a little small and the doors are very small. Not something that can be helped in these old buildings but something to bear in mind if you're tall! I also would have loved a kettle and little fridge in the room.

It’s incredibly charming, the location is perfect, and amenities are nice, clean, and comfortable. The host is wonderful, and we look forward to returning to Lindau one day soon. The hotel, as well as the island are both magical places. Thank you for making our stay with you the highlight of our trip.

Great location in the heart of Lindau, everything was walkable and the view from the small window was lovely. Appreciated the eco-products and attention to coronavirus protocols. Huge breakfast (we would have ordered less had be known the portions) in a lovely breakfast room. The attached restaurant has among the best reviews in town. There were charming antique touches in the hallways, but less so in the room itself, which was quite simple.

Lindau is of course pricey to stay in, which also applies to this hotel.

Location!! Friendly staff. Clean and fresh bathroom. Exceptional dinner and breakfast. Great character with modern conveniences. Just what we were looking for and that at a great price. Good parking close by at a reasonable price.

Could not provide hot milk for coffee at breakfast.

Modern room and bathroom despite being in a historical building. The owner of the hotel was very helpful to make our stay comfortable. There was even welcome drinks! Breakfast was delicious and the restaurant/bar was very nicely decorated. We enjoyed our stay!

Hotel is situated in the historical district and parking was slightly further away.

Exceptional staff, wonderful location

The beautifully restored 600 year old building with perfectly updated facilities. So charming, welcoming staff with little extras that made it our most enjoyable stay out of a three week vacation. Lived the welcoming drink on the roof terrace!!!Highly recommend this place.

The hotel was a peaceful and quite oasis for a relaxing stay. The roof top garden was a huge plus. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Greatly breakfast as part of the room was served in a quaint dining room. The room although small was cozy and comfortable. The hotel was also a short walk from all the delights Lindau had to offer

It was a little bit bit of a challenge to find and the parking was confusing at first but we did find that lot 4 across the bridge was easily the best option

Perfect staff and Charming place

The hotel is in a perfect location for exploring the island, and the parking garage was easy to park in and get to, about a 5 minute walk from the hotel. The room was good sized and very clean, the bathroom seemed new, good sized and very clean. Loved that the lighting was good and there was a makeup mirror in there as well. Comfortable bed, Breakfast was very good, we liked that we could make our choices ahead of time. Also nice to have a restaurant in the hotel with very good food, as well as a small bar downstairs. Also there is a rooftop terrace that has chairs and tables and a nice view over the rooftops. Loved the way the hotel was decorated, and the character of the old building.

The wifi was not easy to get, or keep. Very spotty.

It's a very pretty and comfortable hotel in the very centre of the city. The house itself is old and authentic, in a good way - the creaking floors add to the atmosphere. Personnel is great, they cover everything from serving at the restaurant to assisting at check-in/out. Room was clean and nice. Breakfast was really good, and the approach to the new Covid reality they took - to let people pre-order things they want in advance - is a really thoughtful one IMO.

It's a bit noisy outside if you leave windows open; quiet otherwise.
