Room was at the rear and at lower ground level, so there was no view Bed was small for two and sloped to the edges

good location for exploring the old town of Corte

smelled of smoke, old and tired decor, shower head not on the wall and either too hot or too cold, felt unsafe as someone tried to get in our room at 4:30am

Friendly staff. Good value for Corsica. The location is easy to get to from the train station (about 15 minutes, and relatively flat). It is not quite in the old town (~10 min walk), but that's a plus if you are traveling with luggage and without a car. Nice views to either the valley or (i've been told) to the citadel.

There was live music in a cafe downstairs, but that might have been because I was there during the weekend. Check-out was a bit early, but otherwise a pleasant stay.

A bit pricy. No AC and no fan forced us to leave the window open, making it difficult to sleep because of the traffic. The rooms need some maintenance.

The room I was in, facing the street, was noisy in the morning due to traffic The toilet was very big but oddly arranged: the WC is literally facing a wall and you have to seat spreading the knees; the basin was clogged and water fast flushing very slowly; Payment is cash only, which I hadn't seen in any hotel in the last 20 years. It was great having a parking place but the arrangement was also peculiar: a wide space, closed by a gate with a bike lock, to be opened and closed each timen

The location is perfect - both for hiking and dining. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Good parking facilities.
