Shower head wasn't working very well. Pillows weren't very comfortable.

It was a leak on the walls, I told front desk 2 days on the row, offered to check and fixed and never happened. The shower door was uneven, so the whole bathroom was flood, no floor mat, had to ask for one and got a towel, Can't believe they didn't offer anything after 2 days of complaining. Stayed 2 times before and never had any problems. This is our last time we'll stay there. At least they offer something in the future. The tv remote was broken too.

Parking right in front of your door in a courtyard that is secure, the air conditioning is ice cold, it's in the middle of a shopping district. All things considered it's really a great place.

I really can't think of anything, for the value you get there is no downside here

Great location, pretty close to the metro station - Safe neighborhood with a mercado nearby for fruits, vegetables, meat & comidas. - building in great condition - Cleanliness - in the room, common areas , is very good - Fellow guests were respectful & a quiet atmosphere - Jacuzzi, Hot showers & toilet ; clean  - No additional charge for card payment - Safety - Neighborhood is safe  - CCTV fitted premises  - Crew - warm & friendly   - WiFi - works perfect - Comfy mattress  - A/C is great in the room

- It's not a beautiful neighborhood but it's functional - NO lounge space to chill  - No Breakfast ; coffee was not great  - a simple room with not much of flavour - Lack of locker facility but not an issue - Drinking water unavailable  - kitchen unavailable

The staff was nice and the place was decent.

The room from the front do not reach the wifi so the connection was poor, almost none. The bathroom had a little smell problem sometimes even though it was clean.

That is near downtown, the cable has a lot of channels, it has music channels. Is clean, has hot water and and air conditioner and also heater. The bed is comfortable and is a good price.
