Located right across the road from the Cabana Club and Havana Jacks. Unfortunately, HJ was closed for vacation. Bright, cheery condo with cute retro accessories and everything you would possibly need for a great vacation. The owner, Laurie, and I had great communication and we loved that she shared the area restaurants and things to do. There's a washer and dryer and tons of towels. The mattresses were so comfortable and I loved the ceiling fans in every room. I would definitely stay here again. Thanks Laurie!

We have stayed at this home several times through the years and have never had a bad experience. The ownership has stayed in the family and we appreciate the continuity of the family being a wonderful hosts.

I was in regular correspondence with Laurie regarding the stay, before and during the trip. This is a lovely spacious condo in a great area. It has plenty of space for a family of older teenagers as we have. The Beach Club is just on the other side of a quiet road which adds to the amenities availbale at the property. Very good value for money and would highly

2nd time staying at the property. Love the proximity to both the regular beach as well as the cabana club., as well as the rest of the restaurants. The property ownership was in transition, but the new owner Laurie did a great job during it all. The only big improvement I would suggest is putting up curtains in the bedroom. The room gets bright in the morning and it is necessary to use a sleep mask or cover your face with a pillow to block out the sun in the morning.

Great place to see the middle keys.

We stayed here with my husband, two children and mother and father in law. The property was way more spacious than I expected. It was cherry clean. Communication was great. This place is great for young families. Access to the cabana pool and walking distance to two great parks.

The house was in a great location for activities in the middle and lower keys. Very quiet area. The house was great and well kept and clean. We will absolutely stay here again.

We had a great stay here. House was clean and the master bed is comfortable. It’s in a great location in Key Colony. Easy to get the boat to either gulf side or Atlantic. And a few steps from the cabana pool which is perfect to cool off at after a boating day.

This is not the largest or most luxurious house on Key Colony Beach, but it’s hands down the best house for the money. The location is perfect, right across the street from the Cabana Club and Key Colony Beach is a great place to stay to explore Marathon. The house is clean, well stocked, and well maintained. We like to cook on vacation and the house had everything we needed, including a gas grill. If you’ve read this fall, let me save you some time, just book the house, you will enjoy it. We had 2 adults and 4 kids and were very comfortable. The house would be comfortable with 4 adults and fine with 6 adults as long as someone is ok with a pull out couch. The two bathrooms were a little small, but it’s better to have two than one large one. The Cabana Club is close enough it’s almost like having a pool and beach at your house. It was easy enough that we went over several times just for a quick dip in the pool or hot tub. We’ve stayed in a number of house rentals and Steve is the best owner we’ve ever rented from. Communication was great and it was very clear he wanted us to have a great stay. He made the whole process smooth and easy. We would definitely rent from him again, and would love to stay here another time.

The house was in a perfect spot. The Cabana Club was a great addition to the stay!

The ocean view is through two hotels across the street. The ocean walk of 200 ft is through the Cabana Club, which you are given a membership to when you rent the duplex. The pool is always crowded and if you don't get there before they open, good luck in getting a chair. Overall though, the stay was pleasant. The property is a little dated but has all the conveniences you would need. I took pictures of some of the things we didn't do to the place just in case. The owner was very easy to communicate with via text message. Marathon and Key Colony are our go to vacation place, so we will be back, however will most likely rent a smaller place right on the canal water. This place is great if you have a larger group as is has two bathrooms. The TV in the bedroom didn't get the same channels as the one in the living room. Water pressure in shower was good. The king size bed was comfy. The A/C worked well. Plenty of towels and dishes in the kitchen even though I didn't cook while we were there. The food at the Cabana club is tasty and the bartenders were awesome. The location was very easy to get to where you can ride bikes (we brought our own) to just about everything including some great restaurants. Our duplex was 390 but the 380 side is closer to the canal with a patio off the back with a slider and stairs where the bbq is placed. Our back deck was small and faces the neighbors (corner unit). The front deck was much larger and had plenty of chairs to sit on. I would recommend staying here, either a family or two couples.

we had a nice spring break. our host was able to quickly solve minor problems we had initially.

We loved the location and there are a lot of things to do nearby. Steve, the owner, was really good and prompt with communication. He check with us on day one to make sure everything was good. The pool was clean, large, never crowded and very nice. It is located just across the street and down one or two doors about 100 yards away. The only downfalls were the pool hours. It closes early, 5:00PM on Mondays and 7:00PM every other day. The pool also does not allow pool toys or inflatable inner tubes for the kids. They have strict rules that say no cannon balls. Our kids love both cannon balls and tossing dive toys and diving down after them. Unfortunately they were not aloud to. The pool is be better suited for adults, and older kids who want to relax more than play. That being said, our kids still had fun in the pool and the beach located just outside the pool.

We rented the left side of this duplex for a week and loved every minute of it! Myself,my husband,my daughter and my friend had plenty of room to do our own thing. The place is not huge but it's 2 bedrooms,1 with twin beds, was just right for us.Very well supplied with towels,cooking utensils and gadgets. Has washer and dryer, right across the street from the Cabana Club and a big nice pool and the ocean and beach is right there also! Very close to shopping and Marathon is pretty much the midway point of the Keys, we took fishing trip on Capt Michael's boat from Robbie's on Islamorada for one day which was great. We caught enough for dinner that night and lunch the next day!! Yummy! Went to Key West one day and had a good time there too.All in all, we couldn't believe our week was up and we had to leave! Would recommend for anyone that wants a nice clean inexpensive place to stay in the Keys!!

The home was well taken care of inside and out. Very clean and very comfortable. The location is right in the middle of everything. The Cabana club for pool access was a nice touch too the week off. One Warning do not eat at Havvan Jacks across the street until they have a real and perminate kitchen. Great place to relax for a drink just don’t get the food.

Very nice, spacious unit. Good value for all that comes with the unit. We especially liked having a washer/dryer in the unit. Very comfortable king bed. All rooms were good-sized. We liked the relaxed “feel” it had. Nice central location in the middle Keys. Plenty of good, laid back restaurants in the area. The neighborhood was fairly active during the day, but quiet at night.

Had a great time in key colony beach. The house we stayed in was very clean and access to every where was easy.

This duplex is just one block from the ocean using the Cabana Club facilities just across the street. House is very well equipped being a rental house. Frying pans were brand new! All necessities provided, i.e. TV, Wifi, towels, linen etc. Nice to have breakfast on the porch as well as an afternoon beer. Communication with the owner was seamless and the deposit was returned very fast. Can recommend this place and the small community of Key Colony Beach. It is a small and friendly neighbourhood where people seem to know each other. Very calm and safe. Marathon is close by for shopping etc. If there is one thing on the negative side, the beach is not there for your morning walk.

We had a wonderful time on our honeymoon and vacation in this location. The condo house was clean and complete and perfect location for everything we wanted to do. The proximity to the pool, beach and restaurant/bar was an added bonus! By the way the food and service at the restaurant is great! We had everything we needed and felt totally at home (although it really was a piece of heaven!) Steve provided great tips on where to dine and what to visit and we loved it so much we are already talking about our next trip down south! Thank you Steve and Teresa! Kathy & Carl

This is our 4th? time at Steve's E Ocean Dr property. We have never had anything close to a bad experience. My wife and I will rent from him as long as he is still renting! House is very nice with everything you need for a comfortable vacation. Location is perfect.

Enjoyed wonderful holiday at the duplex on East Ocean Drive as well as 14 days unbroken sunshine the house had everything needed for a relaxing holiday perfectly located across the road from the Cabana Club [free membership included in the rental] with ocean views from the large front balcony Good location for walking or cycling on safe roads Also across the road from Cabana Breezes for evening entertainment or a nice walk to Sparkys Landing for Happy hour and good bar food Steve made the booking procedure very easy [even from the uk]and provided many helpful details about the house and the Marathon area I have enjoyed many holidays in the Keys but in this house I HAD MY BEST HOLIDAY YET.Cant wait to return this year
