at least they allowed us to cook our own meal since they were not serving any.

the picture in booking.com seems to be too spacious but in reality, it is not. there is no lift so getting our luggages up to the room where we stay is really exhausting. they don’t have bell boy. wash room is too small a space and they didn’t change beddings nor clean the room. we were left to clean it on our own. not catering for breakfast for big number of groups.

The room is small but it could be better organised. It was not comfortable at all. The equipment of the room is not thought out for convenience. The bed is pushed up against the wall. Therefore, a person sleeping near the wall will be extremely cramped. If the bed is moved away from the wall so that both guests can have access from their side, it will be much more convenient. The bathroom is just a nightmare! Again everything is done so inconveniently. Not for guests not for cleaning staff. Tiny sink, and water that gushing out of the faucet and making your clothes and floor wet. But the floor is already wet because you have to take a shower on the floor next to the toilet. And in the bathroom there is water, right up to the door to the room, and does not go down the drain at all, because the slope of the floor is not provided. The toilet lid and the shower itself were broken. The bathroom needs a complete makeover.

Budget hotel with clean rooms and all services needed for comfort. Free television and WiFi. Friendly staff and always ready to help. Shops are located near the hotel, where you can purchase groceries and necessary items.

At first I was shocked that the rooms are much smaller than the information mentioned but the friendly receptionist Elvira fixed the situation
