I due cani padroni di casa avevano un fare un po’ arrogante e prepotente nei confronti degli altri cagnetti che volevano avvicinarsi al loro territorio non si fa 😂

Amazing quiet location! Big room with private small patio and a garden view, perfect for relaxing time after a full day visiting around! Breakfast super nice and staff really helpful!
It wasn’t possible to pay by card, which was not a big deal but it would have been better to know in advance

The room was so spacious and the bed was really comfortable! We enjoyed the tent like mosquito net! There was hot water which was also unexpected. The location is good just tucked behind the road so that it's quiet with beautiful views of the countryside. The owners helped us with taxis and also were so kind to let us back into our room after check out to shower as we had just climbed Sigiria rock and afterwards we were traveling to Kandy. The breakfast was also great!

The room was very clean with all facilities listed earlier. Small fridge, hot water kettle, kitchenette, cutlery, etc. We had a garden facing room on the ground floor. The staff was very friendly and served all requests. This place is very close to the city center which has many restaurants and shops and most of the things walking distance.

Nice and clean rooms, good location. And the mother is very sweet, she also made a delicious breakfast.
Unfortunately the electricity went off in the morning and when I came back in the afternoon it was still not working. No one called me or texted me to let me know the situation was still the same and I missed a really important work call. When I asked the woman working there when the electricity was going to be back, she said the time and just continued speaking with other people not even saying sorry for the inconvenience. That I didn’t like.

The facility was fantastic. It is situated in a quiet location yet very near eateries. The staff was attentive and offered great service. The breakfast was more than expected.

Rooms smell and there are animals inside. We found 3 frogs, ants and a couple of gekos

Good location, comfortable bed, nice staff and very good breakfast. 👌🏻
The bathroom was not very clean (I saw several spider webs in the corners). After taking a shower, the bathroom floor was all covered in water. No toiletries. Towels were clean, but crumpled.

The owners are very kind and they are always trying to help you. Nice rooms, bigger than other places and comfortable beds. They have taxi service if you need. Susa, the owner, has his own car and he arranged everything for us: excursions to Sigiriya, Minneriya and Polonnaruwa. Last day he took us to Kandy and on the way we visited few temples and a herbal garden. Amazing!

An absolutely wonderful place to overnight in Dambulla. Excellent host, fantastic breakfast, and the ambience is peaceful and quiet despite being 150m from the main road and all conveniences and amenities.This is a virtual apartment really with a separate kitchen area and massive bathroom with good hot water. The outdoor seating area is likewise comfortable and relaxed.

We were greeted with tea & sweet pancakes - very nice touch. The room was so spacious and the bed was very comfortable. The hotel was only a few minutes walk into the town too!
This might have been a language barrier issue but we requested a vegan breakfast in advance but our pancakes & pikelets had egg in the batter aswell as being served fried eggs 😕 Everything else with our stay was perfect!

Lovely stay! Very clean, beautiful room and wonderful and helpful host. We would definitely recommend this accommodation. One of the best we've stayed in Sri Lanka in 8 weeks.

We can really recommend this nice accommodation! Dambulla was our starting point to go to Piduragala with the car. The rooms are pretty, really clean and also well equipped (AC, electric van, enough towls, fridge, etc.). The hostfamily was really hospitable and accommodating. Also the breakfast was fair. Glad we found this place :)

The place is so beautiful and quiet. You don't even notice you're in the centre of Dambulla. The room was super clean. And the family who owns the place is so lovely. I would 100% recommend this place.
The breakfast has many sweet things, I would suggest to offer some more Sri Lankan hoppers or things with not that much sugar. But still, good breakfast and generous quantity.

Beautiful property and great breakfast, good location for being near shops and transport as well as being tucked away so you can get a good nights sleep. Helpful staff organised transport for us and they did our laundry for free!

Everithing was wonderful. Nice room, comfortable beds, friendly and helpful staff (family). Owner Susa in the role of a guide has arranged us to travel around the surrounding area by car. He also arrange for us the transport by car from Dambulla to Mirissa through his excellent taxi service. Great experience was the stay in Dambulla!

The bed was really comfortable, the room has AC, mini fridge and blow dryer which is really nice. We also liked the location because it was in the center but a little bit to the inside of the street, so you don’t have a feeling that you are on a main road. It’s also 20-30 min drive to Sigiriya. The owners are really nice and welcoming and the breakfast in the morning was great! Would definitely recommend.
