Questo bellissimo condominio Poipu Kai Regency di 1620 m² è molto spazioso con due piani e un soppalco aperto che funge da quarta camera da letto. Al piano principale si trova la camera da letto principale con un Calif. Letto king size, un ampio bagno padronale, cabina doccia, vasca, armadio, due lavandini, TV e persino un lanai privato. C'è una seconda camera da letto con un letto matrimoniale e un bagno completo in tutta la hall. Abbiamo fornito una lavatrice / asciugatrice impilata anche su questo piano.

This condo had everything you could ask for. Plenty of kitchen pans, dishes..etc. Also had extra beach equipment if needed. Great location to beach within walking distance to several. Would book this property again. 5 stars *****

we absolutely loved our stay! It was exactly as promised. It was in walking distance to the beach and this amazing little coffee place. The condo had ample room and was very clean. The beach equipment available was an extremely nice addition and made our stay that much better. I would definitely go back in future.

Loved all the different beaches for all different ages. Sea turtles everyday. Shopping and restaurants within walking distance. We enjoyed the pool too.

We had a great week at Michael's condo in Poipu--the condo itself is beautiful and well-equipped, and the location is fantastic, so close to the beach and the pools. The condo was super clean, and had everything we needed for a great week, including a well-stocked kitchen and beach supplies. The amenities at the location were great--we used the pool and the grills, which worked great and were not crowded. Parking was easy.

We booked this property for our family of 8 adults. The layout and size worked perfectly. The location couldn't have been more convenient. We could easily walk to a couple of beaches that had great snorkeling and tons of sea turtles and monk seals. Other locations that we wanted to visit were an easy drive. It was great to have beach chairs and snorkel gear available at the condo. We used them every day! As with most rentals, the interior was showing some wear but the space was clean and safe.

Our family of 10 enjoyed the condo. As advertised, there were enough beds to accommodate all 10 of us. The kitchen was well stocked and we were able to enjoy many cooked meals, including one use of the communal BBQ. We could have used more beach towels and bath towels for our group of 10 as there weren’t enough for all of us so we ended up having to do a lot of laundry. There was also only one boogie board when multiple boogie boards were advertised. There were plenty of beach chairs and snorkels that we enjoyed. Overall, it was a great condo for our family in a great location!

We had a fantastic stay of two weeks with eight adults and were very comfortable. The condo was exactly as described and fit our needs perfectly. Having access to three different pools and Poipu Beach just a short walk away, was perfect.

We had the best time!! The condo was perfect for our group! We walked to the beach everyday and enjoyed the grounds around the complex! One of our boys even got engaged on this trip!! Best trip ever!! thank you!

Great condo. Great size. Great location. Close to pool and beach. Great amenities in condo. Great communication with owner. One small not great thing was that you can pretty much hear what is going on in all the other adjacent condos and that noise can be pretty loud. But it didn't take away from our overall 5 star experience.

The home was so comfortable and had everything we needed. The coffee pot stopped working (basically an emergency with our crew) and the kind lady responded quickly to resolve the issue. The location was amazing! I would come back in a heartbeat!

The place worked perfectly for our group. There were seven of us and we had plenty of room. The kitchen was perfect for making meals. The neighbors were relatively quiet and pleasant to chat with.

One of the best parts was the beach gear in the condo, umbrellas, chairs, coolers, cart, snorkel gear, very nice to have all this for the week.

Nice condo with plenty of room for our group of 10. We had 6 adults and 4 kids, so the total of 3 bathrooms was perfect. Never ran out of hot water, even when all 3 showers were being used and sometimes the dishwasher too. Plenty of dishwasher detergent, laundry detergent, garbage bags, etc. The kitchen had plenty of pots/pans, tupperware, rice cooker, crockpot, electric griddle. There was a 9x13 pan and a cookie sheet too. The outside closet had a beach umbrella and a few of the Tommy Bahama chairs-though most had the straps broken so a little tricky to carry if you didn’t bring the wagon. Not sure what else was in there as that was all we used. The condo was in a great spot on the corner, so much sun with the curtains open, and was relatively quiet. Walking at an average pace we made it to Brennecke’s beach in 8 mins, Poipu was another 6 mins.

Beautiful location, 5 min walk to Poipu Beach with paved paths. The condo you was perfect for our two of families of 8. Kitchen was fabulous for cooking, enjoyed the deck to relax and the living room was comfy with enough chairs for everyone to enjoy a movie while it rained. 3 bathrooms was wonderful to have - no fighting over shower time.
The condo unit had beach chairs and umbrellas that were fabulous to take to the beach. There were other beach supplies like water shoes snorkels, etc, but we had brought our own.
Pool and hot tub were shared with the other units along with the Bar-B-que’s, but easy to access and lovely.

This unit was wonderful and had everything we needed. Great location with a short walk to multiple beaches. This was our third stay in Poipu and we love this area. The unit had everything you could ever need for a day at the beach, and the wagon was a lifesaver. Peg of the management company was quick to make any quick repair that was needed without it affecting our stay. The owner is also quick to answer messages and provide support. Definitely recommend this place for a relaxing stay on the South side.

We were very happy with our stay! The check in/check out process was very easy. The condo was in good shape and the bedroom layout worked perfectly for our family. We loved the walk to the ocean. It was a quick beautiful walk either direction. We also used the pool/hot tubs every night and grilled by the pool one night. Highly recommend!

I spent 5 days with my family and another family of friends. The house was very comfortable and well designed with privacy for parents and spaces for the teenagers. It was also equipped with usefull beach gears. The subdivision was gorgeous, Close to a wonderful beach with turtles and seals!

First we will ALWAYS stay here! Everything you need and then some. Kitchen has everything you need for cooking. 3 bathrooms very important with 6 adults and a toddler, 2 pools and when they say 5 minutes to the beach it’s true! They have everything you also need for the beach…2 umbrellas, 6 beach chairs(they all worked), ice chest, boogie board, and the wagon to haul it all to the beach! You want turtles we had 10 on the beach one night. You want monk seals got it! Restaurants within walking distance. We asked for a high chair and pack n play and either they delivered or it was there. Last but not least it’s roomy! We never felt uncomfortable…home away from home! Thank you Michael for sharing your home with us!

Great property
We had a wonderful stay and loved all of the amenities this rental offered. The beach toys and equipment made it easy to play at Poipu and the on island caretaker, Sheila, was fantastic taking care of a couple random needs while we were in the condo. Highly recommend this property.

Family vacation
We enjoyed our time on Kauai, your condo worked well for our family and the pool was nice for the kids. We only a had couple of concerns the loft beds weren't comfortable and the air mattresses had leaks. We hope we left things in better order then when we arrived. We found dirty clothes and sheets in a dresser drawer and the storage closet with beach gear was disorganized.

Great Stay
We were a multi family staying here and the place fit us perfectly. We traveled with other groups staying on the same grounds and having a large kitchen and living area made it great for family dinners together. The place is packed with an abundance of beach amenities that made our trip very enjoyable. It was nice to have a washer and dryer in the unit. Loved the short walk to the beach and will definitely stay here again when traveling back to Kauai.

Family vacation
The property was as described, clean, well stocked, great beds, a supply of essentials like soap to get us started. The air conditioning was wonderful, although we only used it a bit in the late afternoon. The walk to the beach for me at 68 was more like a 15 minute walk, but my younger family found it faster. Easy walking path, with gorgeous grounds. I think I counted 8 colors of hibiscus. Definitely enjoyed staying here and would do it again.
