Condo looked as pictured/advertised. The only negative is that the units do not have laundry in them, makes for a bit of inconvenience, otherwise a great stay.

Unfortunately the room was filthy . I highly doubt it was truly cleaned prior. Master bedroom had bugs on the window and all on the floor. It was disgusting. The elevator was also broken 3 separate times. Property needs lots of work and updates especially for the price .

My husband and I have been coming to Beach Place for 5 years now, we love the location. We have tried 3 different 2 bedroom units and each unit is wonderful to stay in. The view from the balcony is amazing.

PERFECT location for this spacious condo. Our view overlooking the sea, drawbridge, and John's Pass could not be beat and we enjoyed the balcony so much.
This condo is a 4th floor corner unit at the end of the hall and we didn't hear any noise from neighbors. The elevator is a bit slow and make sure you are putting in the code right. Otherwise it's a long haul up those stairs.
When we arrived the floor did not seem very clean and there was peanut butter on the edge of the table from the last guest but otherwise, things seemed pretty clean.
Overall we enjoyed our stay here immensely and would return in a heartbeat.

This was our 4th year and love everything about Beach Place! We are booked for 7 weeks again next year. Staff is wonderful and location is great! Unit 401 is nice, beds in 2nd bedroom aren’t the most comfortable but tolerable. View is great! You must be able to tune out noice from bridge traffic and parking lot. Floors are impossible to get clean. But remember you are at the beach! I recommend this location for a great family vacation! Linda and Irving Walls from Lewes, DE.

Appreciated the closeness to stores and restaurants. Rental staff seemed to have negative attitudes and were not welcoming.

It’s a very short walk to the beach or to the shops and restaurants. The floors were a little dirty, turning our feet and socks black after walking on them, but not a huge deal. It’s pretty easy to track in sand from the beach. My biggest complaint (which is out of the condo’s control) is the outside noise. Being close to the road and next to a public parking lot, we were woken up in the middle of the night a couple of times by people hot rodding over the bridge and some shouting from the parking lot. Not a big deal and it’s out of their control, but it is a downside to this otherwise wonderful unit. We would definitely stay here again!

July 2020 COVID
We had a great stay in unit 401 but the room we stayed in was very dirty. Our white socks turned completely black walking on the floor, we had to mop the floors ourselves the first day we arrived. It was a bit concerning considering COVID numbers were rising and older family was staying with me.

January 2019 Stay
We had a fabulous 6 weeks! Planning on 7 next year. Staff is great and unit was perfect for our family coming and going. Traffic was a little noisy and unit above us was noisy but you tolerate it.

We stayed in Unit 401 at Beach Place. I do not recommend this unit. the beds are like cots. they were very uncomfortable, and we had to sleep on the floor, as if you have a bad back this is not the unit for you. Also the pillows were very cheap. Had we known this ahead of time, we would not have rented. You can sure tell this is a rental unit. Also we were there for 2 full weeks and gate to beach was not working and public were helping themselves to the using it along with the showers.

We had a great time during our stay! The staff at the front desk were very helpful and kind. Our unit was the perfect size for our group and we had a wonderful view of John's Pass.

We enjoyed staying at Beach Place, right across the street from John's Pass and overlooking the bridge ! The beds are a little hard and uncomfortable, but the decor of the condo is very "beachy" ! The pool is amazing and warm ..... the beach is awesome !! The staff is very friendly and welcoming.......We will definitely return !

December 2016 Stay
This was our second time here. We had a great time, room#401 was well decorated and roomy. The only draw back staying on that side of the property is the noise of motorcycles from time to time. The pool was always clean and the temp was perfect. The grounds are well maintained and clean. Will be back again.

We were here for an extended family vacation with my husband's sister and her family, so we each rented a unit for our branch of the family. We had an amazing time enjoying the beach, local attractions, and local cuisine. Madeira Beach is our favorite beach destination because of the convenience of shops, restaurants, and activities at John's Pass in addition to the beautiful beach. We have stayed at both Beach Place and Surf Song, and both complexes offer great accommodations.

We had a wonderful time, the condo was very nice and had everything we needed. We had a nice view of the drawbridge at St. John's Pass. The pool was very nice and the beach steps away, with affordable canopies available for rent. The staff were extremely helpful with any needs including printing of departing boarding passes. I would highly recommend a stay at Beach Place! We will definitely return!
