Straßenlärm: Aufgrund der Lage an einer der Hauptstraßen doch relativ laut.

Przytulne i bardzo czyste samodzielne mieszkanko. Właścicielka bardzo miła, sympatyczna i pomocna bardzo dbała o nas i nasz komfort. Apartament wyposażony we wszystko co niezbędne do codziennego funkcjonowania, jest nawet klimatyzacja która jest niezbędna przy takich wysokich temperaturach. Apartament jest bardzo blisko starego miasta co jest mega atutem. Dookoła liczne sklepy i restauracje. Miejsce parkingowe jest wewnątrz posesji, więc nie trzeba martwić się o auto. Bardzo przyjemna gościnna atmosfera. Super miejsce!!!

We felt like home, very clean, close to the Old Town, parking, but above these, Ivana is very helpful, very friendly and made our stay very pleasant.

The apartment is near a busy road and it can be a little noisy during the night.

The whole experience was amazing. Ivana is really kind person 😄 She gave us some tips what to do in town, recommended the best beaches. She even advited us for a dinner. Thanks to her, we have beatiful memories. Definitely the best accomodation in Zadar 🌊🤍

Well equipped with basic supply of food in the fridge on arrival & extra odds & ends in the cupboards. Hot water for the shower. Handy position for supermarket, buses, taxis, City Bridge into the old city for whole range of facilities/sites/restaurants/trips etc.

Quite a steep staircase which could be a challenge for small children or anyone with bad knees!

Very friendly host, location is super with parking spot included.

There is no curtain in the main bedroom to keep the sunlight out in the morning.

We really enjoyed our stay in Zadar. The location is very close to the most pedestrian bridge into old town. Parking was simple and the host was very helpful with local suggestions. She left us a few wonderful snacks. The apartment is small but very well thought out. I really appreciate such attention to detail and charm. The AC worked well and our family of 4 slept comfortably. We enjoyed the nearby Mlinar bakery and diving into the sea near the famous sea organ. Zadar is a delightful town and I wish we had stayed longer.

The stairs could be a little challenging at night but were sturdy and didn’t even squeak.
