The owner was energetic and nice
I was disappointed to arrive for my check in at 2.15pm, noticing that there was a door code, that I didn’t receive any guidance to get in (I received the guidance email Tuesday 2nd of April but I arrived Sunday the 30th of March, so funny !!) and that there was no one to welcome us. When the owner finally arrived, I realised the cleaning has not been done! When we finally got in, I could see that the appartment has not been vaccumed. The excuse for all of this was « I was too busy »

Great place to stay
A small blood stain on pillow aftervstriping the pillow cases and a few stains on mattress protector . Other than that was clean .

It was comfortable and it was adequate for what I needed
I had to buy a can opener...which i left at the property. It would have been nice to have a small bottle of cooking oil to clean the BBQ as that was where they asked us to cook.

Awesome location only 1 street from the beach, near the surf club and local shop. I loved the porch, to read a book in the sun

The upstairs apartment was a little loud in the morning. They could be heard walking around, moving things.

Great location, couple blocks from the beach. Top floor apartment was very nice with good breeze on the balcony. Value seemed top notch. Apartment well stocked with utensils in kitchen.
It got a bit warm during the day, but likely since we’re not used to lacking air conditioning. Fan made it bearable and it cooled at night.
Also ran out of toilet paper with none available to restock.

only down side was that there appeared to be elephants in the unit above us and it was difficult to get to sleep. This was also well after the "10pm please be quiet" time.

Catrina gave us a warm welcome, and she was very obliging.
No towel rails. Only one towel each. Nowhere to hang clothes in second bedroom and hence no coat hangers.
Only one small mirror in bathroom (none in either bedroom).
It didn't really matter as we were not in the unit a lot.

Comfortable place and location, very good value for money. Unfortunately the weather didn’t play it’s part to allow us to rent kayaks so will be back again hopefully.
Footsteps and noise from upstairs room were quite loud- would suggest adding some rugs to muffle the noise or asking upstairs guests to be more mindful.

was very chilly, a lot of draft coming in from the bathroom flappy window.

Everything was perfect, great size and value for money.
The front door was a bit "sticky"but instructions from hosts were clear and good, no real problem.

Can be quite noisy in the downstairs apartments - you will be able to hear walking, talking and everything else from people staying upstairs!

Was good value for money. Just might need to think about getting the outlets that are stick off the wall fix as they only going to get worse over time. Fixing the broken towel rail. Possibly think about bathroom extractor fans and different range hood or clean out the range hood as it stunk out the kitchen and lounge when turned on. Still good value for money

Great location, one street back from the beach.
The Traffic Management team staying upstairs walked heavily around on the floor above from earlyish Friday morning, once they left for work it was nice and quiet and the Saturday morning there was no noise.
