Nice location, good facilities, nice staff

A bit too small for a group of 4. No space for luggage or to hang our clothes. A bit noisy as its near the road and we can hear cars passing by at night.

Super tidy and easy to find things, lots of activities for the whole family.

When looking for my things while packing I noticed that under the beds weren't checked at all as we found dirty socks and a shoe from previous visitors. More attention to detail would be great from the cleaners.

Beautifully clean and tidy, there were 3 groups of us all in neighboring cabins. Really convenient

Loved our room, the playground and the pool. This was our third time back so we knew what to expect. The pedal carts are a popular activity for my son and I enjoyed doing this with him. Great atmosphere with all the kids riding around the place. I hope these go karts remain in the future.

The trampoline and large slide tunnel thing had been removed since our last trip. A bit disappointing as they hadn't been replaced with anything so a decrease in things to play on technically. Also the balance line was removed. We had an issue with our freezer... our ice blocks just would not freeze. Froze as you would expect when we got home, so can't blame the ice blocks. Spent money at reception on ice blocks etc that we would have preferred to avoid. Also could not get the chrome cast going in our room. Because when you connect to their internet it then loads a web page to enter a password it would just freeze at that point. A work around would be nice for trip number 4.

La habitación no era cómoda, el precio muy costoso y por lo general los costos en Nueva Zelanda son extremadamente excesivos. No había privacidad en el alojamiento, los baños compartidos incómodos y todo el tiempo ocupados. Deberían ofrecer precios más económicos y habitaciones con baños privados en toda la instalación. Bajen los costos por favor una vergüenza realmente solo piensan en su beneficio económico

We enjoyed our holiday stay in the kiwi cozy accommodation. My son loved the heated pool. There's lots of activities for kids: jumping pillow,park, outdoor chess, big field for playing, pedal bikes, indoor games arcade. The accommodation was cosy and clean, all kitchen amenities supplied. The reception staff were lovely and friendly, also gave my son Easter eggs, bag, various fun activities, pencils and Easter mask. We had a lovely time. Location is within walking distance to shopping mall, close to fast foods and airport

The oven was a bit difficult to work, however reception sent over a technician to work the oven, which I was so grateful for. Also, having more oven trays available. I was lucky to find a small oven tray to cook my roast lamb for one.

The location was so great. So close to the local mall. The renovated bathroom was lovely. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

The room was very small, marks on the walls, rubbish under the beds. 4 chairs but no table. Parking spaces need to be painted as people don't know how to park and they took up too many parks.

We just stay here for 4-5 hours before heading to airport at 3.00 a.m. For short stay it is comfortable and the check in procedure is easy (mailbox). however it is quite hard for us to find the rooms since there is no road sign or rooms numbers sign in each road so it took us for a while to locate all 3 houses that we booked since the number of the house can't be seen clearly since we arrive at night. the rest is superb

In general the experience was good but the shower drainage was the only problem.

I rang ahead knowing I was gonna be late for check in and they gave me clear instructions where the key was etc great staff right through to there cleaning team

Overall experience was awesome the indoor pool was a favorite for the grand daughters. Loved the reception area and face to face with staff. I liked the whole experience.

The double bed was so uncomfortable. Very little Space in the room to move about.

Our sleeping configuration was not the best - 6 adults, one couple, 4 snorers, 2 bedrooms. However, we are family and nobody died

Fun things for the kids to do. Swimming pool, playroom, jumping bubble, playground.

Sometimes a wait for the men's sho wers.

The beds were comfy, staff were lovely!

The games room games were out of order and the big slides were still damaged, kids were very disappointed
