Awesome 6th Story View Of The Ocean, Pool And Beach
Ampia vista sull'ampia spiaggia di sabbia e miglia di oceano pieno di barche, uccelli e nuotatori, sia umani, pesci che delfini. NESSUN TRAFFICO consentito.
L'edificio contiene una favolosa hall, una grande ed elegante sala club, una palestra ben attrezzata, una biblioteca e una sala biliardo. La piscina è circondata da adeguati salotti, sedie e ombrelloni!
L'area contiene una varietà di ristoranti e club. I frutti di mare sono abbondanti. I fan della corsa sono a casa nell'area con la pista di Daytona a 30 minuti di auto. In effetti, l'originale razza Nascar si è svolta proprio su questa spiaggia. La tratta in direzione nord era sulla spiaggia e quella in direzione sud era sulla strada. Il "Northturn Restaurant" segna il punto in cui si trovava la svolta a nord.

Our host, Mr. Harold, is the absolute BEST!!! We could not have asked for a better beach experience. We loved the location and the exceptional view of the ocean/beach. The condo was furnished with everything we needed to enjoy our month stay. Thank you for sharing your piece of paradise. We will definitely return for another stay in the future!!!

Loved the balcony overlooking ocean! Slept with glass door open and could hear the waves lull me to sleep. Woke up to sunrise! No complaints. Had everything you need!

The condo is very comfortable with everything you need for a wonderful stay. Harold was very nice and checked on us to make sure we had everything we needed. Check in process was easy. The view from the 6th floor oceanfront condo was great. Will definitely consider returning.

Very beautiful property and very well kept. The kitchen was equipped with everything needed plus some. Working with Mr. Harold was an absolute pleasure. He is truly one of the most amazing host we’ve ever had and we travel a lot. He is so easy to work with and he helped us so much. We stayed at the condo for a month while doing hurricane cleanup work with our son and nephew and Mr. Harold was absolutely amazing to all of us while we were there. When we’re in the area again, we will definitely stay at Mr. Harold’s condo.

We have stayed at beachfront properties in various locations near Daytona but never in Ponce Inlet. This condo and the surrounding area did not disappoint! The no-drive beach is beautiful and relaxing. The building is quiet. The unit itself is comfortable and well-appointed. Our host was very responsive and made sure we had everything we needed for our stay. Would definitely recommend for a peaceful getaway.

We are a retired couple that live in Florida and we were looking for a beach get away. Found this gem on the web site and booked it. From the moment we booked we received excellent communication with the owner and felt very welcomed. When we arrived and opened the door my husband and I thought we had stepped into a piece of heaven. The view that you see as soon as you open the door is gorgeous! When you enter the master bedroom you’re met with that same beautiful view. The condo was immaculate and very comfortable. All the appliances worked great and the common areas of the building were also very well maintained. Best of all was the balcony that we started our day on watching the ocean, the beach, and the dolphins. Then we’d end the day on that same balcony after a day at the beach and pristine pool area. If you’re looking for a quiet, peaceful, beautiful, comfortable get away, this is it. Thank you Harold. We loved it and will be back.

What a wonderful condo, with a great price. The views from the condo was beautiful. The owner was a very kind man and a pleasure to deal with. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed. The beach area was on a no drive section of the beach, which was quite and peaceful. Very close to the ponce inlet lighthouse and the Marine science center. We had such a great vacation. If I had to say anything negative about the stay, it would be the bedding could use some updating. But over all it was a beautiful condo and I would deficiently love to go back again.
