La migliore posizione sul lago! In barca ci sono meno di 30 minuti per ogni molo della città. A 5 minuti in barca o 3 miglia in auto dalla spiaggia della diga. La casa ha molto spazio per tutta la famiglia e alcuni amici. Con 68 piedi di spiaggia sabbiosa, viste mozzafiato e un molo per la tua barca, la struttura non deluderà. IN inverno sei a 12 minuti per fare scorta di sci per sciare o puoi andare in motoslitta in Canada. La casa dispone di 3 camere da letto e un soppalco. La casa può ospitare 21 persone in letti. I bambini sono i benvenuti. La casa molto vicino all'acqua e passaggi limitati per raggiungere l'acqua e la spiaggia. Goditi la seduta nel patio coperto a pochi passi dall'acqua. Ha anche un cortile laterale ideale per i giochi sul prato e solo per rilassarsi.

Had a great week with the family. Kids swam daily at the private beach on our doorstep. Owner gave access to kayaks and all beach toys. Located close to restaurants and activities. There are 12 of us and the house was plenty big for all 3 families.

This was our second time staying here and had another wonderful vacation. We spent every day on the private beach swimming, floating, and fishing and took short boat trips to Naswa Resort for dinner and Weirs Beach. Ended the nights with campfires. Great for all ages! The beds are comfortable and numerous, with a good amount of beds larger than twin. The 3rd floor living room has sky lights, so I just suggest eye masks if you sleep in that room. The two washer/dryers are life savers. For all the amenities, I feel it is reasonably priced. Thank you again for sharing this great property!

Our family had the best week here! Everything was perfect, plenty of room for everyone. Michael was friendly and quick to respond to any question we had. Would definitely stay here again! Highly recommend

Phenomenal vacation stay! Very pleased with the rental and host was very responsive/accommodating. Would definitely book here again and recommend to others looking for a place to suit various age groups (Infant to Seniors). There is a 1st floor bedroom/minimal stairs to access lake), a sandy beach area with walk in lake access, which is a plus for families with young children, special needs, elderly. Exactly as advertised, and the host provided wonderful outdoor water activities for kids/teens. We were also able to dock our boat rental which was convenient. The water play pad, kids tube, and kid/adult kayaks/canoe made the trip! A first time experience that provided great memories for the kids. Everyone was able to have plenty of space and work remote without being disturbed. Neighbor was friendly and informative on local lake conditions and safety. The host is very responsive and kind with communication.

We really enjoyed our stay. Being able to walk outside and go to the water on those 90 degree days were ideal. We also enjoyed being able to dock our boats and jet-ski with ease. The inside was great with most guests being able to stay in a bedroom and the three refrigerators and other kitchen amenities made it easy for us to cook and store all of our food and drinks.

We stayed for a long weekend to celebrate my husband’s 40th birthday. The whole family was able to stay and there was plenty of room for everyone. The location is perfect and we had a wonderful time playing on the beach and in the water. We couldn’t get over how big the house was and really enjoyed having multiple kitchens and bathrooms. We highly recommend this property!

Fantastic location! Nice beach and dock arrangement. Terrific lake access if you have a boat. We launched at Fay's marina and it was a short trip over to the house.
This place is huge-tons of beds and everyone reported that their beds as comfortable. Parking was easy. We parked a boat trailer and three cars and had plenty of room.

I'm telling you, the pictures don't do this house justice. This place was enormous!! We had 11 people with us and we all slept comfortably in our own beds. There were 4 floors. The downstairs had a bedroom which was perfect for my grandparents. Second floor had a HUGE family room, kitchen, 2 fridges, and a bedroom/bathroom. Third floor had living room with a bed and 2 futons, a kitchen, bathroom, and another bedroom with 3 beds. Loft (4th floor) had a bed. Every room was SO comfortable with Acs in each. There was so much room so everyone could have alone time if need be. The lake was beautiful and we loved swimming everyday and having a fire at night. Michael was VERY quick to answer any and all concerns. I would 100% return.

Perfect place for adults and children. Plenty of room for our entire family and owners have done a great with the property. The living space is very comfortable. Easy access to the private beach and the dock was great for fishing for me and my grandsons. Very clean inside and out. Kids and adults spent lots of time in the water and no need to keep running out unless you want to. 3 generations of my family vacation here and can’t wait to come back.

The host went above and beyond to ensure we arrived safely and that check in went well. There was plenty of room and amenities. The place was very clean and well equipped.

This property was perfect for our family. Bottom floor had a bedroom, bathroom, and kitchen which made things easier for the older members of our family who have trouble with stairs. Plenty of comfortable beds for the whole group and plenty of storage for food. There were games and puzzles to entertain us during our one rainy day. The other days were spent mostly outside on the beautiful beach using the many water/beach toys provided. The dock was in mint condition and very easy to pull our boat up to. Plenty of seating to accommodate everyone. We had someone who still had to remote work a couple days and the multi floor style of the home made it very easy to do so and have quiet while being able to enjoy the view while they worked. There are a lot of stairs, but the bathrooms on every level and the kitchens on both the first and second floors allowed us to not necessarily be constantly running up and down. We also had an 18 month old and appreciated that the stairs on the middle floor had doors to both sets that could be shut so we weren’t paranoid about him going on them. Very clean and comfortable and family friendly. For all the amenities the price was very reasonable. We would definitely book again.

This was our second time staying at this property and it was perfect. We traveled with a group with a baby under the age of one and the space was perfect and very accommodating for everyone. Plenty of activities to do, and very friendly host.

For the second year in a row, a group of our family/friends stayed at Michaels property for the Winniderby fishing tournament and we were not disappointed. The place is perfect for enjoying the lake and the entire area. It has plenty of beds, kitchen space and room to spread out. It also has everything you need for a group retreat and great access to the lake. Kudos to Michael and his family for letting us enjoy another successful fishing weekend. Our entire group was super impressed by the accommodations and thankful for the opportunity to enjoy a stress-free trip. .

Overall very nice experience staying at this vacation house right by the water. As a host Michael is very responsive and addressed all my queries in a timely manner. Five families stayed with kids and few old grandparents. While we went for the trip to Kanc the older folks stayed back and enjoyed the beautiful Lake Winnipesaukee views from the living room. Would love to stay again, especially during summer vacation as we could notice kayaks and water toys for everyone.

The beach is perfect, neighbors are great, and the house has tons of stuff for young kids to stay entertained outside. Plenty of space for us 4 couples and 3 kids to all have their own private space which made nap time for the kids easy. Host was accommodating letting us get in a little early. Will most likely be booking again for next year.

Michael’s property is amazing and our group of 13 had a great time. Nice, quiet neighborhood location. Close enough to Weirs Beach but far enough away to enjoy privacy. Dock access was great for having a 3ft draft. Being across from Governor’s Island allowed for water to be more calm vs. the rest of the lake. Property had a ton of space, with several floors, refrigerator's, freezers & ovens! Would LOVE to stay here again someday.

Just rented this house for the weekend for a girls weekend. It was amazing! Everyone kept saying what a great find the house was. Right on the water, plenty of chairs available to sit on the beach and relax. Access to paddle board, kayak and canoe!
The owner is very responsive if you have any questions!

A group of us stayed at Michael's lake house for a fishing derby on Lake Winnipesaukee in mid-May. The house and location were perfect. There were plenty of beds/rooms/bathrooms/TVs and multiple kitchens and refrigerators. There was a big table for the nightly cribbage games and a grill large enough to feed the group. The lake view from the multiple deck chairs made for a great place to relax after being on the water and the dock was super convenient for tying up a couple of boats. Michael answered all of our questions and provided all the information needed to make for a really enjoyable weekend. I am not sure if he had anything to do with the weather, but that was perfect as well. The entire experience was really positive the entire group and made for a perfect weekend. Everyone agreed with the house theme, that if you are lucky enough to be on the lake, you are lucky enough. Many thanks to Michael and his family for sharing this really amazing lake house.

The location of the property was absolutely perfect. Our kids enjoyed fishing off the dock, paddling in the bay, and playing in the water. We caught two small-mouth bass and watched the sunrise from a morning paddleboard session. Although the interior layout was not what we expected, there was plenty of room for everyone, and we all had a blast.

We had a group of 10 staying for an anniversary. Brought a 23 foot boat and the dock was plenty big. Cornhole on the beach as well. House is set up where you can gather on the main floor, or seek some privacy when you want. Houses are clustered together, but no issues with neighbors. Walked to the Bank of NH Pavilion to see a show. Everyone loved it.

Perfect for our family. My husband and I have a 1 year old and a 4 year old. We also traveled with my sister in law, husband and their kids ages- 2,5,8,12 and 15. And two other adult family members. We each took our own floor. We had so much space which was great. The beach was perfect for the kids and us adults. We rented a boat and parked it right at the dock the house had. We made great memories there and will definitely be back!

The nicest thing I can say is that the beach was beautiful. We were so happy to be with family again that we had a great time but I would never stay in this house again.

Enjoyed our stay even with it being off season. Biggest sell was having the boat dock and owner was very accommodating by ensuring it was in the water for our stay, being that it was only a few weeks after ice out. Had everything we needed and enjoyed sitting by the fire pit at the waters edge. Thank you for opening your home to us.

The property was very large. I feel like it could sleep at least 15-20 people. It was close to everything, and was kid friendly. Views were great and so was beach! We hope to stay again in the future.
