Cleanliness. Not far from the centre of the city. All required facilities are present. Staff is very friendly and helpful!

Not so fast internet from time to time. Heating doesn't provide comfortable level of heat by morning with all controls set to the highest level.

The location was excellent but...

It could have had HEAT...the apartment was without heat and it was 8° during the night and often a rainy 15° during the day. The apartment has possibilities but it looks sterile. The dishes and silverware are odds and ends; there was no dish towel so I dried the dishes with the paper towels. It would be helpful to have some tourist information because it left me with the impression that this apartment is not for tourists but tradesmen.

Very good location and has all the necessary kitchen appliances if you need to cook for yourself. Highly recommendable.

The location is great - close to the center and sightseeings, there are a lot of different stores nearby. Instructions from the host concerning electronic keys were very clear, and I did not care about carrying keys with me. Contactless check-in was very easy. The apartment was large, everything was clean, the room was equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The bed and pillows were very comfortable.

When I entered the room, even with the window open there was a bad smell, but it wasn't that bad. Everything else was fine, the apartment completely values the price.

No wifi, what a joke of room. Terrible.

I booked a room with 2 separate beds. Upon arrival, they said that they did not have such a room and could not help anyone. No problem resolution or money refund

The location was outstanding-walking distance to city centre, several restaurants and shops. The apartments were spacious, equipped with all that is needed for a comfortable stay and there are also laundry facilities on site. The owner René was amazing: he was very responsive, approachable and always friendly. He wanted to ensure we have an enjoyable stay. Excellent host!

The apartment is opposite a busy student pub, which our 18 year old son absolutely loved, however, it can get noisy and the pub usually closes at 4am. In saying that, when the roller shutters are down and the windows closed, you don’t hear a thing.

My husband and I travelled with our two adult children and therefore had to rent two apartments, each with 2 beds. We loved the touchless, door code entry system. Both apartments were well supplied with kitchen needs and beds were comfortable. The property manager, Herr Bach, was kind and helpful and very available if needed. The location near the city center is perfect and an easy distance to walk. Public transportation is also very near.

I was disappointed about one thing: the laundry facilities. The booking.com listing for this property lists a washer as an amenity. Usually that means there is a washing machine located inside the apartment itself, that is then free for the guest to use. Here at the Apartment in Innenstadtnähe there are several washing machines as well as clothes dryers for guests to use located in the basement. That doesn't bother me, but the fact that they were coin-operated did. Having to pay to do my laundry is not an amenity. And the clothes dryers were terrible - after pumping in coin after coin for 4 hours the clothes still were not dry. (I can speak and read German, so yes, I was operating the machine correctly.) Very frustrating.
