The location was great and very easy to get to the main parts of town from. The staff were so helpful and gave us suggestions and directions for all sorts of things. The best part was all the amenities they offered such as a coffee bar, iron and ironing board, hairdryers, glasses, utensils, anything you could think of. The room was spotless and so comfortable and the balcony was lovely. Genuinely couldn’t fault it.

The location- next to the railway station and walking distance from the city centre

Outrageously expensive, very bad quality/price ratio, construction works ongoing, you feel you are in the middle of this works, very dark rooms, dirty shared terrasse under construction

The place was very clean and we had the option to have it cleaned every day which was a nice touch! Mariano was always available by text and the access to biscuits and coffee in the lobby was a bonus when heading out for the day! :)

There was construction work going on in the building which meant our balcony had a very obstructed view which we weren’t aware of when booking, however it didn’t affect our stay that much as no noise came with it! It would have just been nice to know before our stay when booking. Apart from that we would recommend A suites as the location is perfect and felt homely in Sorrento :)

Mariano had great communication throughout the whole booking process and during our stay. Clear instructions were given on how to access the suite & keys. Mariano also organised a taxi to pick us up and take us to the Ferry port at the end of our stay. We never met in person so he is the man, the myth & the legend. We stayed in the Rainbow room which has 2 separate bedrooms. The whole place is very clean. The bathroom has an extra large shower with a huge shower head and also a hand held shower hose. The water pressure was not great in the shower head, so we used the hose instead. The fridge came with complimentary water bottles & a bottle of wine. There is a safe in the bedroom. There is also a mini clothes line/stand & pegs provided. There is a kettle & 3 mugs in the other bedroom. Complimentary Tea/coffee/sugars/milk/biscuits are located in the reception foyer. Plastic cutlery kits are provided/individually wrapped with a serviette and spare toilet rolls are also located in the reception area. Everything has been thought of.

The only downside is that the building is not soundproof, so you hear all of the traffic noise as it is on a main road.

Very good location and walking distance from Main Street! Comfortable also ! The company made us aware prior to our stay that there was construction being done to the outside of the building which was good to know prior so we weren’t shocked on arrival ‘

We had construction work throughout our stay. Although the worker noise didn’t effect us as we were out during the day whilst work was being done, it did effect the view from our room and balcony access. The organises were very good and made us aware of this prior which we were thankful for

location is close to train and Sorrento shops, quite easy. very clean and comfortable rooms & beds, complimentary wine, water & coffee

no safe place to drop off suitcases, guests, no site driveway to unload or pick up, you are expected to double park on the very busy main road, very dangerous, I actually got a flat tyre doing so. Shower only worked from one outlet, toilet paper kept falling off the holder, no fan in bathroom.
