Alcohol-Free Hotel; So clean, Safe, and the staff (shoot out to Amal and her colleague) is so lively too. Whatever you need, you just need to ask for it. The location is PLUS.

Maybe add more decoration like vases or so. Yet I really like what they have but suggest they spice up their bedrooms with some colors or small deco.

Really unique hotel. Nice room with a very big and comfortable bed. Nice shower. Location is just above a cafe/restaurant so food isn't any issue. Good location with plenty things within walking distance

Bit noisy with the restaurant downstairs but not too bad.

Location was great! they have a good restaurant menu with reasonable price that I highly recommend for everyone! Room are large enough and has good views

Our room wasn't completely ready for us because they brought towels and pillow covers later after we got in!!?? Michlifen room shower door and sink need a fix! We stayed in Ifrane 3 days in summer2022 and due to lack of water 💦 all springs and waterfalls is disappeared 😔 so it's not worth it in summer time

Parking, it was so hard to park around the hotel area, and their is no parking reserved for the hotel guests. It will be nice if they have few parkings reserved for hotel guests.

The staff were super helpful. They provided advice and connected me with tour guides. the breakfast was delicious.

Issues paying! The guy at the reception said my cards didn't work??? I tried 3 different credit cards and they all got refused. I used the cash point out side which worked fine!!! After calling the bank in the UK (at great cost) they assured me that my cards are fine and not blocked, The hotel had inputted the terms of payment that did not require any need of my pin which was the issue as it was over £100... Disappointing as I had to pay in cash which meant that I had to change more money to the local currency.

Nice location near the park, Ifrane lake, resorts and other attractions. Very helpful staff, especially the lady at the reception desk. Our room had a nice view with a nice balcony (but no chairs or table provided). The breakfast was nice; it could have been a little better with more varieties.

Some nuances like, curtains off railing, busted lights, unclean carpet.

I liked the location of the hotel, which is distinctive in the way it was built and the room had a balcony overlooking the city.

- doesn’t deserve at all the price they’re charging. - bad employees, felt like a was spending the weekend with prison guards, no smile , cold welcoming… - we had to ask for water, and we mini fridge…
