Location was great. Air conditioning was excellent, with the weather being so hot. Host was extremely welcoming and accommodating. Would highly recommend.

Very modern apartment. With a big terrace and terrace furniture. Very beautiful view. Super new air conditioners and even in both rooms. Coffee machine ans they offered some capsules. Perfect place for longer stay because also has a kitchen for cooking. Perfect location - supermarket in the same building first floor, fruit and vegetable market in front of the place. And a lot of restaurant . Also taxi parking in front of the hotel, was easy to get the taxi without calling anyone.

There was no elevator and had a very long stairs. With 25 kg lagguage in the 30 degrees carrying was only negative think for this place.

We loved everything! The apartment is large and modern at a very good price, it has a big terrace with a jacuzzi and a stunning view over the town and the sea. Great location, you can park nearby, you have also a supermarket at the first floor of the building. The place was clean and the host was very kind.

We thought our room was thoughtfully designed for travellers, with lots of space to store things and spread out. There was a really long desk too, which was very convenient for our stuff. Both our main room and bathroom felt modern, spacious and spotlessly clean. The lady who greeted us was very friendly and gave us great restaurant recommendations. The location was great, above a supermarket but quiet and opposite the water. Highly recommend.

You need to pay every 3 hours for parking... (yes, you can't pay for car e.g. 24 hours) only for 3 hours for non-croatians in those "kiosk's", otherwise if you are croatian, you can send SMS for car payment... also no tea or coffee in apartment.

Very well priced considering it has a balcony with a hot tub that overlooks the best view of the city (especially at night). Hosts/staff were also extremely attentive and nothing was ever too much of an ask for them.

Spacious and modern apartment room, very clean with a good bed and air-conditioning. The location is perfect, at the heart of the centre, close to the busstation. There is a supermarket below, which is very practical. The shower was also excellent.

The kitchen lacked some basic facilities for a 'hotel'. There is coffee machine but no coffee capsule. There is water kettle but no tea. There was no oil, salt and pepper at the kitchen. And there were knives but no cutting board.

Everything!! Location overlooking the town and harbour, very comfortable beds, great kitchen facilities and the deck with jacuzzi was superb! The staff there are also really fantastic. We would stay again for sure.

Receptionnist : not welcoming at all. Location : first floor above a supermarket. Surprising. Noisy. Smell in the bathroom that spread around the room strongly.

Me and my mate stayed here as it was a bit different to Hvar but still wanted to go out for the nightlife. Highly recommend, town itself is beaut, food and atmosphere is great! As far as the hotel, I rate it 10/10. Deano the owner is also a massive help, lovely bloke.. top bloke

Gorgeous newly renovated and beautifully thought-out space in a location that could not be more convenient; upstairs from a fully-stocked supermarket, across the street from centre of old town, shops & restaurants, 10-15 min walk to local beach… relaxing walks along the marina, late-night exploratory walks down charming streets of stari grad—and only 5-10 min by car or bus to stari grad port, and 25 min to grad Hvar! The space itself—you need to see for yourself… spacious, modern, clean, comfortable, HUGE terrace with wonderful view… A+ all around. Thank you for your hospitality, even though we were staying for just one night—we’ll be back! 💕

I don’t recommend this host at all. Worst communication, they will not respond to you and they will charge your credit card without authorization and won’t follow booking.com policy for refund. I strongly don’t recommend them.

Location was OK, you are close to the center of Stari grad, you can be in just few minutes. Room was very clean. We came by car and was instructed how to buy weekly parking ticket. With it you can park anywhere around a hotel in regular public parking. We were using car everyday, but we never had a problem to find a parking spot regardless of the time of the day we were returning back.

Room was very cold. We turned off A/C the first moment we entered a room and it couldn't warm up for days. We didn't want to try to turn on heating since we are at the seaside in the middle of the summer. Hotel is located on top of a big super market, which is great since you can buy anything there, but it's not that great because half of the night you'll be hearing delivery trucks. Room is not cleaned regularly. Not sure if this is standard thing in Hvar, but I was expecting that at least trash can would be emptied everyday and that we would get additional shower gel each day (we got those small bottles that you use in a single shower). Finally, we couldn't close the window of our room because it was broken. We found it like that when we entered a room, part from the window mechanism fell down when we touched a window and later we noticed that another part was missing. This was not a big problem because it was summer, but one day it was rainy and it would be better if we could feel safer by sleeping next to a closed window instead of thinking whether rain will start getting into the room. Also, if we could close the window maybe we wouldn't hear all those delivery trucks.

The apartment is in top condition, kitchen has all the necessary things to cook, the jacuzzi is amazing, it's clean and is located on a big terrace. The location is perfect, you are basically in the heart of Stari Grad. There's a supermarket under the apartment, restaurants, market and cafes are a 2 min walk away.

There is no private parking; since it's in the center you need to pay. The host is nice and friendly but quite busy because she has other apartments to take care of (another loction) so it might take time to have your request or question answered. Perhaps having a bit more staff would be better.

Two mins to the center of Stari grad, spacious living room. Very nice balcony with view of the old town, mountain and river. We definitely loved our stay.

The part disturbed us was the dusty floor which needs more cleaning.

The apartment is very stylish, roomy and nicely renovated. the jaccuzi and huge terrace is very nice, and nice kitchen area. 1 toilet and 1 bathroom with big living room.

There is a wire sticking out above the sink in the separate toilet where there should have been a mirror with lights. The shower was clotted and overflowed in the bathroom. It's impossible to buy coffee capsules that fits the coffee machine, which should have been provided for the price of this apartment. The reception is not there most of the time and if you ask for something, you might need to wait a few hours for it. There are no responses before 11am every morning as we were wondering how to check out. Be careful the location is not in Hvar old town but in Stari Grad on the other side of Hvar island which is 30mins drive away and costs 350 Kuna by taxi one way which was really expensive and inconvenient if you want to explore Hvar town.
