Es war kein Hotel, sondern eine Unterkunft. Problem war die Sauberkeit. Meine Tochter hat Reizwäsche und einen alten überaus

Malgré mes différentes interventions, je n’ai pas résolu le problème que je rencontré. À savoir que l’appartement que j’avais réservé ne correspondait pas à celui que j’ai eu. J’ai signalé également que l’Intercom était en panne. Impossible de faire un peu de ménage en une semaine pas de balai pas d’aspirateur. L’eau. C’est cool du bac à douche. Nous n’avons vu personne ni eu personne au téléphone à part le service clients.

Netjes, schoon, ruim. Alles aanwezig wat je nodig zou kunnen hebben. Rustig.

Qua accommodatie niets. Misschien een tip om mensen bij bevestiging te laten weten dat je een milieusticker nodig hebt voor deze locatie.

The hosts provided us with one bed linen too few, upon request we were assured of it only the next day. We insisted that we needed enough bedding for the first night, which was ignored. So three of us had to share two blankets and pillows. We complained to customer service, they contacted the hosts, but were also ignored. A smoking room. The unpleasant smell does not go away even by intensive airing.

Close to train station. Walking distance to city centre attractions. Supermarket nearby.

It was very clean. Everything was very modern, and there was dishes exactly for 3 persons. Close to the train station and not far from the city center. The appartment is well furnished.

We couldn't drop our luggage earlier. At first we only had 2 chairs for 3. (One extra chair was then given). The bell didn't work from upstairs and we had to phone to open the door. The description and photos on th site were probably mixed with another appartment and we thought there would be a sofa afor 2 and a separation between bed and sofa.

The location

It's a ground floor and the curtains are transparent,therefore there is no privacy. Not good cleaning. We found a big bug. The equipment of the kitchen is very bad quality, specially the pan.

The room was well-lit, with plenty of natural light in the mornings, a plethora of lamps in the evening, and an overall feeling of the room being spacious purely from how things are arranged inside. The location is very good, with all major sights within walking distance. There are plenty of nearby stores where one can shop to take advantage of the small kitchenette in each room. All provided kitchen facilities were functional, the bed was comfortable, and there were plenty of large and well-located radiators to fully heat the room in minutes.

Some of the furniture and bathroom facilities had obvious signs of wear and tear and in need of maintenance. One of the two chairs provided had a very loose leg, the toilet seat in the bathroom had a large crack in it, and the magnets in the shower doors were too weak to properly close. The kitchenette could get very cramped because there simply is not enough space for the provided microwave, hot water heater, and coffee machine to all be plugged in and usable at the same time. The WiFi connection had frequent hiccups and disruptions, making video calls difficult at times.
