We had a wonderful weekend in Hot Springs. The owners have made sure that everything we needed was provided. This is the best property we have ever stayed at-it is comfortable, clean and the perfect layout. We highly recommend!!

What a well maintained cabin! Such attention to detail and cleanliness. We really enjoyed using the fireplace and screened in porch. The landscape was beautiful! Definitely will return! 10/10!

Wonderful cabin from the river view to the basic layout of cabin! Every item you would need was stocked for our group of women. We enjoyed the hot tub and the fireplace so much. Already booked again!

An amazing cabin with a great view, and an excellent location right in the heart of everything fun, we had a great time exploring all we could, 5 stars with high recommendations!!!! The only comaint from us was having to leave, thank you for a great week!

We thought the cabin was on the river instead of across the street. 4 out of 5 for cleanliness. Could provide more dishes such as small bowls. Overall a great getaway.

This is not a built to rent property. Thought went into the well maintained design, furniture and fixtures. Home away from home. Served our purpose of R & R well. Only negative would be issue operating TV system probably due to my ignorance of access system. R & R is key here. Not night life and excitement. Go to Asheville if you need that.

Everything as it should be. A place for tub lovers, inside and out. And a walk-in shower in the other bath. Great outdoor relaxation spaces, on the back deck and the screened front porch. The antler/fly fishing theme is so good, right down to the knobs on the drawers! Hope to be back in the Fall. Great place to celebrate my 78th birthday.

Cabin was nice. Beutiful view and flower gardens. Only complaint is the motion detected lights outside window of king bedroom went on and off all night lighting up the room.

This Cabin property is incredible with beautiful landscaping full of wildlife. we couldn't have asked for a better place to spend our mountain getaway. from days spent swimming/floating in the river from the private waterfront or rafting and canyoneering around hot springs, this place is the perfect spot!

You know how when you book a rental house it often times just doesn’t live up to the description or the photos? This is one of those rare listings that isn’t just as good as expected- it’s even better! There was more than everything we needed for a relaxing getaway in a calm spot by the river. We enjoyed the screened porch, the fire pit by the river, the hammock and the hot tub. We appreciated having plenty of extra towels and even bathrobes. The property was clean, the landscaping beautiful and all-in-all very well-taken care of. This was the perfect spot for two couples having a “friends reunion.” Even though it’s not a large house, each couple had their own large private space and bathroom and with the porch, the deck, the hammock and the river bank, we never felt cramped. We had lots of options both to hang out together or everyone do their own thing. The town of Hot Springs is tiny and it worked out well to buy groceries in a more populated area on the way to avoid the over-priced, limited options there. People are friendly and we did a “llama trek” with a neighbor who gave us some helpful recommendations about the area. We enjoyed some beautiful hiking extremely close by (and part of the AT, which is fun!) and tubing on the river through the local rafting company in town. We hope to return and enjoy this place again another year!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house was just as lovely as described, the kitchen really was gourmet, and the location was prefect for what we wanted to do. It was a 5-star experience! Thank you!

Feels like home! I was so glad I got to come back for another visit in this cabin. It is so clean and they have thought of everything you might need for your stay. Hot Springs is my happy place for the mountain and river views, the friendly people and Moon Dance ☺️ I will continue to come back.

We have stopped in the town of Hot Springs several times on our way to places around the Great Smoky Mountains and thought it might be a nice place to stay. We were correct! The town is awesome, Iron Horse Station has fantastic food and drinks, Big Pillow Brewery has great beer. We hit Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge, Maggie Valley and Chimney Rock plus all the spots in between just a beautiful road trip away. The cabin was first rate, hot tub was very relaxing, river spot across the street was peaceful and communication with the rental management was almost instant. Would not hesitate to come back, thanks again for a great time.

This cabin is so comfortable and has all the amenities you need. The backyard and river view are amazing and has seating areas with firepit rings in both. You feel the stress evaporate as you relax here. Throughly enjoyed the screened porch at night. Kayaked on the French Broad starting under the bridge in town and past the cabin to the Murray branch pullout it took just under 2 hrs. Hot springs is a very tiny town and off the beaten path which we loved. Enjoyed the pillow brewery in town and the food was good there. The cabin location is very tranquil. Hot tub is a lovely touch. We loved the area and have booked our next stay here.

My daughter and I had such a wonderful time at Moondance! The hot tub was so relaxing after our Wild foraging class. The space was perfect. Also loved Hot Springs, beautiful area and great food. Deb McClure

We were only there a few hours when our children asked if we could live there forever. The yard was just lovely, there were little wildflowers all over the place! So many fun things for the children to play with and explore. (careful of poison ivy or sumac if you are allergic) The river was so fun to play near. It does move a little quickly so maybe not so good for fishing. Collecting driftwood and making fires by the river was a hit every night. We went horseback riding, ziplining, and hiking during our stay. We enjoyed some local eats and browsed the gift shops in town. Our Family really had a wonderful time being active and outdoors together. We would absolutley stay here again.

We loved our stay here. The property was perfect for the kids to run around. Very grateful for the wood burning fire place & grill since the power was out (the whole town) half the weekend. The house had all the amenities we could ask for!

The cabin was modern, cozy, and had comfortable beds. A mile out of town across the street from the river. Would definitely stay here again.

We had such an amazing stay! The cabin was so cozy and homey. Had all the comforts you can possibly think of. It was so beautiful and peaceful. We loved it and hope to be back soon!

Get place to stay. VERY clean and wood provided by owner for fireplace. We will be back!!

With our 3rd year back, we are always happy to enjoy the peace and quiet that Moondance provides. I will always recommend this place to anyone looking to getaway for a weekend.

We were overwhelmed by the cabin and the property where it was. Hot tub, indoor fireplace, river frontage with fire place and back yard with seating with burn pit were all included. It had decks, porch and all the amenities one could want. We loved our stay.

This property is the best property we have stayed at in 5 years of a fall trip with friends. Very clean and very comfortable. Would recommend it to everyone we know.

The cabin had every amenity you could possibly want. Beautiful views, fireplace with wood provided, fire pit and chairs down by the river, hot tub, great beds, full kitchen with all the tools, and a screened in front porch. The location is perfect for sight seeing, and hiking. I can't wait to go back.
