Great activities for everyone!

We had a great time at Lorin’s villa at Ocean Edge. We wanted for nothing. Had everything at our fingertips. Great location near the pool and pool bar with delicious drinks. Would definitely book again. Food at the Lynx was very good and food at The Terrace was amazing.

Great spot close to all the action. Homeowner was incredibly helpful and very friendly. The roomy villa was well stocked with everything you could need!

Unit was good for our family. Resort amenities were nice. Kitchen was a bit small but well equipped. Appreciated the strollers and beach equipment.

Condo was perfect for us. Spacious, clean and cool! Had everything we needed including kitchen, laundry, pool etc.

We had a great stay at this home. Everything was perfect. The decor was great for a Cape house. A lot of home comforts. Great proximity to the pool and our favorite Linx!!!! It was very nice to sit on the deck over looking the golf course in the am and later in the pm. We hope to be back next year!!!!!

What a lovely property and easy rental experience. The condo was spacious and clean and bright. The ships in the windows were an absolute delight for my Peter Pan obsessed child. The beach blankets, towels, sand toys and chairs really made our week easy and fun. Thank you Lorin!

Overall we had a great stay, location is perfect, can walk to pool and linx tavern. Lorin was very responsive and easy to get in touch with. We would stay again.

We highly recommend this beautiful condo. The back deck is very private with a gorgeous view of the golf course! The large floor to ceiling windows in the dining area let in lots of light and again, have that gorgeous view! Cathedral ceilings make the dining - living area open and airy. The kitchen is beautifully renovated with everything you can think of including a Keurig (won me over instantly). Plenty of silverware, dishes, etc. Blender, toaster, regular coffee machine, dishwasher. Deck has an electric grill which was very easy to use. The multiple AC units keep the condo nice and cool. The condo is very spacious - plenty of room. The master bedroom is very large with one of the two full bathrooms attached. All mattresses were very comfortable. Lots of towels. A closet with many chairs and beach items. Master bedroom and one other bedroom both have small decks as well. Excellent location - right across the street from Arbor pool and next to the Lynx restaurant. Buy your Starbucks and pastry in the morning right outside of the Lynx. All of the decks have nice, newer furniture. The washer and dryer are both new, high-tech, easy to use. The owner, Lauren, is very easy to work with and provided great suggestions for things to do and places to eat. It was extremely clean and well kept. Love the nautical décor! We will definitely vacation here again!

This was a decently-sized unit in a nice location. The surrounding property and building were older but well-maintained. We enjoyed being on a golf course and in a central location! The unit inside was ok. The worst thing about it was that it was pretty dirty. I knew that the unit needed updating from the pictures (which, I know, of course, factors into the price), but, of course, I could not see how clean or dirty the unit would be from the pictures. The trim around the doors and several walls had splattered stains, the floors had crusted dirt that could not be removed with a sweeping or quick mopping (it stuck to your feet), and there was dust galore. It looked like no one had bothered to dust other than the noticeable, and often used, surfaces in some time. Part of the problem, I think, is that there are way too many knick-knacks all over the house that are hard to dust and tend to gather dust. Rentals should not have so many knick-knacks (I know because I used to own a vacation rental agency and own a vacation rental property of my own.) I guess I just expected that we would be one of the first summertime renters and, as such, that the property should have been deep-cleaned in the off season. This was NOT the case, even though I know this is the usual course of business with vacation rentals. I did not notice how dusty the unit was until I looked more closely. I was working out in the master bedroom, and, when I had to get on the floor for an exercise, I noticed just how dusty everything was. In fact, there was a thick layer of dust under furniture, such as the desk, that was open and easy to dust. Then, I started noticing dust all over the unit and the dirty trim and walls. Moreover, the unit could use some significant updating (this, of course, would allow for additional rental income for the unit too), especially the kitchen, bathrooms, and furniture. The furniture was comfortable but looked quite worn, especially the throw pillows. The walls and trim are desperately in need of a fresh coat of paint. There are nicks, scratches, holes, etc., just about everywhere. There are even repairs to the walls that are not properly covered. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and were happy with the unit for the price, especially since we did not spend much time there. But...I definitely suggest the unit get a deep cleaning, that many of the knick-knacks be removed to prevent dust collection and the look of clutter and get an update!

This is an absolutely beautiful condo with all the amenities you need. Lorin (owner) did an outstanding job helping to make this a wonderful family gathering!

The apartment was beautifully decorated. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen utensils were kind of dirty but that’s not the owner’s fault. It just that whoever the owner hired to clean after guests didn’t do a good job. The bathrooms could use some update. Overall we had a great time staying there and would come back again.

My sister and I and our husbands stayed at this beautiful condo villa in Ocean Edge. The condo was beautifully decorated and maintained. We all enjoyed the deck overlooking the golf course every morning, watching the turkeys take over the course. In the evening, it was a great place to have a drink before we headed out. The wall of windows in the back was so lovely, no matter what time of day. With the windows and cathedral ceilings the rooms felt very light and airy. The location was perfect across from the Arbor pool and hot tub. We used them everyday after a busy day on the road. It was also nice to be next to the Linx for a quick dinner. We are definitely hoping to get back to Ocean Edge sometime soon and would be delighted to stay here again.

We had a wonderful time staying at Lorin's condo - it's a beautiful place, very well appointed, with great ammenities. The location is fantastic, the pool is terrific and the area is beautiful. The condo was clean and ready for us when we arrived. It was a wonderful trip and we hope to be back!

This is our second year staying at Lorins property. We love it because it’s so close to all the ocean edge amenities, has tons of natural light, and lots of space for our family. We do a lot of activities on the cape and this is the perfect home base for our family. Lorin is kind and helpful and a great host!

A great location and gracious host. We loved the proximity to the giant pool. The Cape Cod rail trail is nearby as well. Good times

We had 3 generations on vacation together. It was enough for us to feel comfortable and enjoy ourselves. The condo has all the efficiencies of life that the modern household needs. The location is excellent! Proximity to bike path: excellent! Things to do: so many, so little time! We may come again!

The unit was awesome. It really had everything needed if traveling with a few people. The master bedroom was so far away that I couldn't even hear the grandbaby cry when she woke up way to early. This resort is awesome there is so much to do. I had a few questions and the host quickly responded and was so lovely. I would highly recommend this unit. Please not it's a 2nd floor walk up therefore, if stairs are an issue, or carrying up luggage be, be mindful of this. I liked that noone was above us.

We’ve stayed at numerous places in Ocean Edge and this was by far our favorite. The vaulted ceilings and huge picture windows flooded the living space with light and green views. The bedrooms were very spacious and comfortable and the AC units did a great job keeping the rooms cool. The location was fantastic, right across the road from arbor pool and next door to the golf course. Lorin was great about communicating and fixed a tiny issue I reported immediately. We had everything we needed and felt very welcome. Thank you!

We had no issues with the locks and found Lorin to be responsive and able to be reached easily. We used this property as a place to sleep after days spent on the beaches of Cape Cod. It was just a pictured. Since we were eating dinners with extended family at another location, the small kitchen was no issue for us. If you plan to prepare any sort of meal other than grab and go you need to expect to have one cook in the kitchen at a time but you will find it well stocked.

We have stayed at a number of rental properties across the country over the years and have never been treated by an owner as we were at this property. When we checked in, the door was dead bolted (we were told to use a key code to get in but this didn't get us past the deadbolt and we had to call the owner for a spare key), air conditioner in the master bedroom didn't work as there was a blown switch (this was a 90 degree day) and our names were never given to hold passes for us to pay and pick up at the clubhouse for pool access despite the owner saying she would take care of it (this was really important to us as we were concerned with availability). When we communicated these issues to the owner, we were told that she "didn't like our attitude and we could leave if we didn't like it". We were blown away by this response! It was completely uncalled for and rude. Where were we supposed to get another vacation property that day with my family, even if they offered a refund? They had the electrician call us directly and expected us to be ready for them to come by on our vacation to address the issue with the AC. Appreciated that they called around to find one on a Saturday, but they couldn't come until Monday to fix it. No offer of a partial refund for a room we couldn't use due to the heat. We stayed the week and the place was just ok. The condo is dated and the grill was a plug in (no propane) that was filthy. We paid a premium compared to other properties at the resort based upon the reviews and a level of expected attention by the owners (both to the property and to their guests). Clearly the place was not looked over prior to our arrival. Save your money and peace of mind and go to another property there. Don't fall for the reviews like we did.

Lorin was very easy to communicate with prior to and during our stay. The unit is very bright and cherry.

What a lovely condo. The setting is "NewEngland" My family and I had a wonderful time. The condo is so spacious and most everything you need was provided. Will return.
