Very nice property

My husband and I were attending a family birthday in Westfield, VT. There were 8 of us staying for the weekend. North Hill Cabin seemed like a perfect fit. It is very close to our Westfield family and the reviews were amazing. We arrived in Westfield and met the property manager to get the keys. She gave us some helpful information and off we went. The cabin is roomy, beautifully decorated and offers all you will need for a comfortable stay. It easily sleeps 10 people. There are 3 bathrooms and a nice sized kitchen. There is a closet with board games! Which was a nice surprise. We had coffee on the deck and enjoyed the gorgeous view. There is an ensuite bedroom on the first floor, if anyone in your party has difficulty with many stairs. The lower level is a whole living other living area! Kitchen, sitting area (with TV!), bedroom and bathroom. The decor is a mix of cozy, homey touches (some apple themed, some animal themed, beautiful quilts), blasts from the past (old fashioned wood burning stove in the lower level-don’t use it!) and a nod to hunting. The kids loved the small animal pelts. This all added up to a wonderful weekend. We travel to Westfield a few times a year. Hopefully, the cabin is available when we do. We will be back. If you are traveling to Westfield, Jay, Troy or anywhere in that area, book a stay at North Hill Cabin!

Loved the cabin! Everything we needed, especially space. We started our vacation in an apartment in Boston and ended here. Our family of 4 was very happy to see all the space we had to spread out! It was so needed. Beautiful view as well! Would come back in a heartbeat!

Dusty and perfect weather!

11 year old twins and their dad enjoyed a wonderful ski vacation, late February. House was perfect, kids loved it, perfect location easy ride to the mountain. Would definitely recommend!!! Thanks Tom!

Wonderful location for our weekend ski trip to Jay. The cabin was excellent! Clean, well furnished and as described. We will look to stay again on our next trip up north! Thank you Debbie and Tom.

We drove 3 hours to stay at the most perfect cabin in the northeast kingdom! Rode some awesome 4 wheeler trails and enjoyed exceptional service from the Westfield General Store. We all can not wait to come back!

We had a great stay, kitchen was stocked with Al the kitchen tools you need, plenty of blankets, pillows and towels available. Property manager was extremely accommodating. We came to the area to do some motorcycle riding and the forecast was heavy rain, Debbie helped us plan our arrival a bit early so that we didn’t get stuck in a down pour. Would definitely recommend. Only down fall was Wi-Fi, not great for planning ride’s.

House was exactly what we needed. Great location. Ridiculously cold when we got there but heat was turned up. So house was fine. WiFi was not good at best but certainly not a deal breaker. Would definitely rent this again.

We stayed at this house with another couple and our two 18-month-old daughters, it was perfect for two families! The girls had their own rooms, and so did the parents. Skiing was close by, and the house itself had lots to offer. We relaxed, made fires, and played in the snow on the porch and in the yard. The only downfall is slow Wi-Fi which made it impossible to work from home, but the owner is aware and hopefully will find a solve for this.

We had a great stay, the ‘Cabin’ was dream home material. Absolutely great stay. VERY clean, fully appointed. Definitely coming back.

One can't help but breathe deeply and relax in the lovely log cabin with a view. As I sat on the porch with my coffee looking over the property at woods and mountains, I was frequently visited by a Ruby Throated Hummingbird. There were turkeys feeding in the field as I read sitting in the Adirondack chairs. The cabin has many places for people to sit so if one needs time along, it's easy to find. This is a lovely find in the middle of the Northern Kingdom of VT-enjoy!

We had a great stay! The house is lovely and spacious with great views. A quick drive to Jay Peak. The owner and property manager were very responsive. The house was well stocked, made our stay very easy. We will be coming again!

Great place around the corner from Jay Peak and far away from the city pace of life. My group stayed here for a quick weekend ski trip in February and had a great time. We put our iStuff away, took out board games and had a blast at nights. Hosts were very accommodating.

My partner and a couple friends stayed at North Hill cabin and had a really wonderful time. The location is really wonderful for a group of bicycle enthusiasts like us! We took a ride every day from a short 10 mile ride, to a challenging 50 mile ride with 3,000 feet of climbing, all was beautiful. Very little traffic and very lovely scenery. The best part of course, was coming back to the cabin to make a shared meal and read by the fire or on the porch. Would recommend!

This is a beautiful log cabin with everything you need at your hands. Beautiful views and set back off the road.

We had an amazing stay!! There was plenty of space for all of us (6 adults and 2 children), the views are incredible, and it was super conveniently located near the wedding we were attending in Newport, and near Jay Peak for hiking and water park fun. It really was a perfect long weekend and we totally intend to return!

We found your home extremely comfortable for our family. I wish we all had more time to enjoy the area but weddings always take a first seat. We will definitely consider calling on you again for an extended stay, if you'll have us. Not sure if we were supposed to strip the bedding but it was done anyway on the beds that were used over the weekend. We also ran the dishwasher as we were leaving. We stayed here with 3 couples and a golden retriever. There was more than enough room for us all to feel comfortable. Our dog loved the yard, set back enough she could roam free in the field. The view was great. Debbie was a great resource during our stay. We will definitely be returning! Thank you.

Our 2 families really enjoyed our stay and the kids had fun using the sledding hill. The owner and caretaker were very friendly and helpful with all of our needs.

This place was perfect. Plenty of room, great layout, awesome sledding hill! Good place for snowshoeing or just staying warm by the fireplace. Stocked with great games for both kids and adults. The woman who helps manage the property, Debbie is wonderful. Highly recommend!

This cabin is awesome! The layout is perfect, went with 3 family some with children and 1 with out. It was perfect, there are so many place to sleep and enough space to get away if needed. And the land is amazing! Hope to rent again in the winter to sled on that hill! Everyone was very helpful to all of our needs. thank you it was a great vacation!

This was our second year with a group of friends staying at the cabin. The cabin works out well with plenty of space for everybody to be comfortable. The big back yard is definitely a nice bonus.

House was great and very clean. Everyone had fun sledding down the hill behind the house.

Very nice place, lots of room available with the facilities in the basement, perfect for kids who get up early ! Nice location, skiing Jay Peak is still a favourite. We will be going back for sure.

Was awesome hospitality by local management and really comfortable. Enjoyed the local steaks freshly cut. Owners were awesome. Look forward to another visit.

We had such a fantastic time in this home away from home. Everyone we spoke to was so kind and helpful. The leaves were just so beautiful and to see the change while we stayed was just awesome. In truth word can not express the Beauty. The house was just wonderful and we did feel at home. The Best Vacation Ever!

The cabin is a wonderful place to gather the family for a little R&R in the most beautiful mountain setting you can imagine. The house is nicely sized, and very well equipped with everything you would need when away from home. There is even a small "second kitchen" in the basement level, with a refrigerator, sink, microwave, and coffee maker. We stayed in the summer, so I can't comment on winter stays, but I'm sure it is beautiful then as well. One evening the little hill outside the front door had so many winking fireflies that it resembled camera flashes at a concert. Really beautiful. Coffee on the deck in the morning, breathing in the fresh air, watching the mist rise from the valley is an experience to be savored. The cabin is only about 10 minutes from the Jay Peak Ski Area, so it is very convenient. The ski area now boasts a year-round indoor water park and ice skating rink, so it is truly a four-season resort. We would highly recommend the cabin as a place to stay in Northern Vermont.
