Nice place in the middle of the town. Recommended!

Great location, decent wifi,10 mins to the beach, and the town itself is lovely.

Parking is a 5-10 minute walk away, upstairs neighbours were a bit noisy.

Even though we arrived late at night due to traffic circumstances we were warmly welcomed by the friendly owner. Location was perfect, close to a lot of bars and restaurants and just 5 minutes walking distance from the beach. You can easily get to all the beautiful places and must-sees in the surroundings, the only issue is that you will need a car. A clean, comfortable house and room, excellent wi-fi and all other things that you will need for a stay. The price was very reasonable for all on offer. Highly recommended. Thank you very much! Beautiful studio, large bathroom and shower, central and quiet location.

Very unstable wifi. After they changed the router wifi signal was very week (but maybe only in our room) :(

Location is excellent, in the heart of the city, near city council and central square. Facilities are brand new and the space in the rooms is perfect for 2 people and the price you py. Can t get any better.

Great location and cosy studio

For winter, the heating was not sufficient to keep the studio warm

Cheerfulness of host who greeted me and gave me my keys. Absolutely spotless rooms. Kitchenette well equipped,, comfy sofa, huge TV,, small but sparkling bathroom and a comfy double bed. The apartment managed to have everything you may require all packed away behind the homely decor of the studio apartment. Your door opens out onto a brick floor ground floor plaza with lots of green plants and a very SPANISH feel to it. I've stayed here before and this was my obvious choice for a second visit. Cafes and restaurants assault your senses as you walk out of the main entrance door onto a steepish street. You are right in the hustle and bustle of Conil in fact you are close to everything Conil has to offer.

Parking was hard to find and the apartments are on a steep hill so difficult for elderly and disabled people. Apart from that I cannot fault this place.

I stayed here for 1 night as I was staying with my Parents in the nearby village of Barrio Nuevo and I just wanted a day to myself and be in Conil pueblo. I used to live here and I wanted a stroll around my old haunts and to be in the centre of town - close to the bazaars, cafes, tapas bars and equally as close to the beach. I stayed in a 1 bedroom apartment. Beautifully decorated and although compact it wasn't crammed with furniture and was simplistic and practical. All new appliances and cooking utensils etc. Gorgeous shaded terrace/courtyard when you walk through the large wooden door off an unassuming street. Plants and trees and outside tables and a fountain (I think) took me back to a different era .... Extremely calm vibe throughout with a quaintness and tranquility difficult to find in a town centre.attes! You have everything you need here within 10 mins of stepping out onto the pavement. Shops, banks, bakeries, fashion outlets, post office, beach wear stalls, trinkets and souvenirs and restaurants galore to suit the most adventurous palettes. The beach is visible as you walk down cobbled streets towards the main town beach "Los Batelles!" I'd only recommend these apartments for adults staying for a few days max. I don't think families would enjoy it here due to the lack of facilities for kids. Car parking may prove difficult. Overall a pure gem I was lucky to have stumbled upon while escaping my folks for a night! Sorry guys! I cannot rate this place and the owner, Jesus, enough. Gracias

You have to go to a different address to check in. In a taxi this is very difficult. You have to call a number so the owner knows to come down and take you to the accommodation - a 2 min walk away. Jesus, the owner/manager didn't answer his phone so I waited for him at the accommodation He soon appeared and was very pleasant and accommodating. He left his personal number and said to call him for the smallest thing. For me having lived 12 years in Spain wasn't too out of the ordinary but if you don't speak the lingo email him in advance to arrange where to meet him. During Summer months my apartment with a shutter/window looking out to a steep-ish road - noise may be a problem as you get youngsters on mopeds and general hustle and bustle - mostly only in August!
