The apartment was comfortable, the swimming pool. Very well equipped kitchen.

The pool area was fantastic except for the broken tile, being photographed, the hot tub being broken and having to shower/no liquids by the pool. We all ended up sunburned and my friend and I both got heat stroke. The suite was nice and mostly clean...well stocked for cooking.

They took photo copies of our passports and handed us the property rules, which were printed on the back of other people's photocopied passports. They would not return our photocopied passports back at the end if the trip. We wanted to catch a train from Bangkok which would've gotten us to Hua Hin at 5:30 but the property owner told us we had to check in before 5 when the office closed even though it says check in is between 1-8pm on Booking.com. so we took a "private bus" which ended up taking 6.5 hrs to get there due to picking up/dropping off people and packages! We paid for four adults but there was one bed (extremely uncomfortable... I pulled a back muscle sleeping so bad I thought I had a kidney stone) and one small futon. One person slept on the futon, two in the bed, and one in the floor until we figured to sleep three sideways on the bed. There were used maxi pads in the bathroom garbage. No soap to wash hands or dish soap to do dishes, dirty used straws and dishes in the cupboard and when we were trying to clean up before heading out, found two dead cockroaches. My friend also cut her knee pretty bad on a broken tile in the pool and the security took pictures of us in our swim suits at the pool. It cost $8 Canadian each way to go anywhere and; although the condo is near a nice beach, it isn't within walking distance of town or markets. They insisted on a cash deposit when we checked in (to keep in case of damages to the suite) but gave it back to us upon checking out without even looking at the suite?!
