Schöne Anlage direkt am Meer mit sehr leckerem Frühstück.
Der Zimmerservice hat drei Tage lang das Duschgel nicht aufgefüllt (war leer), und einige vom Personal wirkten etwas angestrengt und hatten bei der Freundlichkeit noch Luft nach oben.

It was spacious with a lot of activities that suite all age groups. Adults can relax while the kids are having a blast. Very friendly staff. Big variety at the morning breakfast.

The breakfast is good and the beach is beautiful.
Service is not great. Feels like they don't want you there. We spent too much time figuring out things that could've been explained easily when we arrived.
We didn't get information about the pool towels and kids' facilities, and even when I asked where the gym was, I got a quick answer, which wasn't helpful since I couldn't find it easly and just gave up.
The pool was dirty with sand and garbage.
More over, our flight changed, and we had to leave earlier so we asked to exchange breakfast with dinner the night before, but it's not possible, so they offer to give us breakfast box, since we already paid for it, but when we came to check out at 2:30 a.m. there were no boxes, and when we reminded them about it, they brought 2 boxes even though we were 2 adults and a 2 year old. We were too tired and disappointed to ask for another one, and to be honest, it didn't look good so we just asked to check where the taxi was, which we asked to book us in advance. The taxi was late and didn't have a baby chair like we asked. We were 30 minutes late to the airport. 2 nights that just ruined my vacation.

חלק מהצוות לא נחמד, למשל חלק מהמנקות וחלק מהמלצרים.
הכל כלול רוב האוכל לא טעים, אין אוכל בשעות 18:00-19:00 וזה לא טוב לילדים.
לנו גם לא היה אוכל לילד בשעה 11:30-12:30 והיינו צריכים להתעצבן ולערב מנהלים.

Everything was super awesome. Highly recommend, one of the best hotels in Limassol.
At the reception you will meet super kindly gentlemen - NELIO, who will guide you through every request/question you will have. So personal rate 10/10 to him.

Staff provided a warm welcome. The room was nicely decorated and clean. The abundance of choice for breakfast and dinner. The kids club and play area. The pool. Just a great hotel to stay in.
Hard to find fault. One night we witnessed one of the senior staff give a stern telling off to one of the waiters. It was probably better to do that away from the dining area.

Actually, I liked everything in the hotel and especially the manager of your reception “ Yiota “ she treated us so kindly and if I will return to Limassol I will return to your hotel only because of Yiota works there. Thank you so much for such a wonderful treatment .

A very nice recently refurbished hotel. I liked that the hotel is relatively small, has everything you need for a good stay. The rooms are of a good size. Bed was very large and comfortable. Nice territory with the cafe, beach and garden overlooking the sea, plenty of shade. The breakfast was very nice too. I had a room with a sea view, that I recommend. The bar is open until very late which was great. There is a walking pass along the beach.
The hotel is quite far from the center of Limassol and a good 20 minutes drive to Limassol Marina. The reception was not very helpful at the check out. I asked to split the bill that they could not do at the checl out, promosed to send later and never did. The consierge could have been better too. I did not have anyone to help me with my luggage, even though I had 2 large suitcases. This is something to improve for a 5 star service. The design is very simple.

Everything! The welcome treats for my husbands birthday were a lovely touch and breakfast was delicious with plenty of choice, pool area was clean and plenty of sunbeds
Only issue we had were the flies on the desserts at the evening buffet so we didn't bother. It was start of season so I guess that's why it was outside in the pool bar area the mains were on a hot counter and lovely but perhaps the desserts table need covers on the fruit that attract flies!

Upon arrival, the receptionist did not give information about the hotel (what services are available, when dinner and breakfast start, in which restaurant, that dinner is outside, where to find a room). I had to keep asking for information. It made me feel like I wasn't welcome.

Geräumiges Zimmer mit Balkon und Sicht auf Palmen und das Meer. Wunderschöner Sandstrand. Bequeme Liegen mit dicken Auflagen, ausser bei den Liegen im Rasen, da ist die Auflage zu dünn. Gutes Frühstück.
Der grosse Aussenpool war leider nicht beheizt. Anfangs Mai wäre ein beheizbarer Pool sicher von Vorteil. Die Plättli waren glatt und beim Wasser Aerobic rutschig. Die Musik beim Pool war viel zu laut.

Absolutely everything: helpful staff, excellent facilities, delicious food with thematic dinners, very comfortable beds in the room and sun beds on the beach.

David was amazing! He offered and took our bags upon arrival and treated us to complimentary welcome drinks. Nicely sized rooms. They offered free slushy shots at the pool which was a lovely and (literally) refreshing touch. It was nice that the pool was deep on one side (over 2m deep)! The variety of food offered at breakfast was good.
Checking was at 3pm. We arrived at 2.40pm and we had to wait for literally 1 hour for our room to be cleaned until we were given the keys. Each time we asked if the room was ready, the receptionist was like "come in 15 min". We would go in 15 min and then that was extended by another 15 min each time. It happened a few times. I would have understood if we were requesting early check in, but we did not. The room keys should have been available to be handed to us from 3pm, afterall we paid for it. Hotel is old and so is the room furniture and toilet/bathtub too. Lifts were taking ages. In 1 instance we had to wait for literally 15 min! Also, we had requested for twin beds in advance, the hotel confirmed that this request was granted but we were given doubles instead without being asked.
