The airco was really really nice, worked very properly. Wifi was also very good, good coverage and worked all the time. (With 3 teenagers, that is a big plus) Nice beds, good bathroom and very close to the beach. Also great that we could park in the parking garage, that was really great. Our hostess, Svetlana, was very friendly and helped us with all our questions.

The appartment is fine, it had all the utilities you need, also in the kitchen (dishwasher, big fridge, etc). All the basics are there, maybe a bit outdated but for us very practical and a nice place to visit Barcelona as well as the beach nearby. One small point of complaint is that we could hear the neighbor snore, but we were tired enough so we fell asleep nonetheless.

Location was fabulous and the manager was responsive and catered to all our needs. The apartment was clean and comfortable.

The noise of the other guests, we had to tell some children off at some point for making too much noise and at 5am so very inconsiderate people decided to chat in the stairwell (but this has nothing to do with the place, just the misfortune of today's societies selfishness!)

Excellent apartment in a great location great for a few days away

apartament in great location just 50m from beach ; localised in second line of buildings from sea. equiped with all necesary things (like eg kitchen equipment) (well working ac) , underground parking is at place ( a bit to tight for „normal” cars ) few grocery stores at walking distance, clean beachat seaside, number of restaurants at promenade at range of 500m

Very happy with the host and apartment, it was very clean and close to the beach. It was equipped with everything you need, even a kitchen and very spacious. Very clean and quiet building. We were even able to borrow a shopping cart for our grocery shopping.
