Personal muy amable dispuestos a ayudar en todo momento aunque no fue posible solucionarlo. Muy bien el parking del hotel , ayuda mucho . Instalaciones correctas y bastante limpias .

Estuvimos dos días y no pasaron a hacer la habitación ni caviar toallas. Pedimos que solucionaran el problema de los mosquitos pero no fue posible , al parecer entraban por el conducto del aire acondicionado , y como hacia calor , imposible no encenderlo y abrir ventanas, entraban más todavía . Nos pasamos toda la noche matando mosquitos y nos picaron por todos lados .

Добра локация в близост до централната част на града, наблизо има МОЛ, има подземен паркинг към хотела,голяма стая,има ресторант за закуска и сутрешно кафе. Мил и любезен персонал.

миризма на застояло и вехто, сигурно е от мокета.Изключително много комари, не можахме да мигнем цяла вечер. Трябва да помислят да сложат комарници на прозорците. Липса на чехли, тъй като настилката е мокет. Липса на шампоан и сапунчета.

Birdaha kalırmıyım, olabilir kalabilirim . Odalar ferah ve geniş yatakları gayet iyiydi. Sanırım plovdiv e gidersem tekrar orada konaklayabilirim. Teşekkürler Aliance / Teşekkürler booking

Geceleri Odalar biraz soğuktu,sanırım klimaları otomatiğe alınmıştı . Ama çok ta üşümedik.

Large room but dated. Good wifi. About 15 mins walk to historic center. Underground parking. Friendly lady at reception who speaks English. She was most helpful & friendly. Not all staff speaks English.

The room was large and clean, huge balcony looking at a quiet street. The staff were super helpful and kind. Liked the place very much, I was expecting much less and was pleasantly surprised.

The breakfast was quite poor, there were just a couple of very standard ingredients to make a simple sandwich, just one type of bread (white one), no cereal, no pastries or pancakes, no fruit :) Yet, the restaurant itself is quite cozy, so it was not that big of an issue for one night.

Underground secure car parking, easier to unload and access the hotel. Balcony views across Plovdiv were great. Room was large.

Reception closes early, no one is managing the hotel overnight.
