Perfect location, minutes to Surf Beach and short walk to the cafes and restaurants in town. Townhouse was clean, spacious and well equipped. Check in very easy. A perfect long weekend with the family.

We loved staying here. Easy to move around - minutes to walk to Surf Beach and maybe 10 to the main street. Dinner eating options very close (but book ahead if you want to dine in). Host was reaponsive and friendly. House was very clean and airy with an easy to use kitchen. Laundry if you need it and outside line to hang wet towels. Happy days!

Loved staying here especially as it was so, so close to two beaches (Surf Beach & Kendall Beach) and far enough from the hustle and bustle of the main drag of Kiama. The main centre was in easy walking distance and a daily morning walk to and from the lighthouse was a top way to start each day. A/Cs were great but we only needed them on for a little bit on a very humid day. TV was large and great for seeing our family Mario Kart battles on. The main bed was a little soft but fine for the week we were there. Communication was excellent and we will definitely book here again. 👏👏

Great location lots of complimentary items in the pantry, best was good frying pan, as we love a good breakfast. Never could find a decent one in other rentals' would be great if the BBQ was replaced.

This well presented and well-proportioned property has everything you need for a perfect family get-away. The kitchen is thoughtfully equipped for a family that intends to eat at home. The smart TV is a good size and well positioned to enjoy a movie together if the weather turns. It's just a short 5 mins walk to either the beach or great coffee, 10 mins to the main strip, including the farmer's markets, or 15 mins to the blowhole.
My only critique is that it would benefit from a professional pest control treatment, as we found 3 cockroaches in the outdoor seating, and numerous spiders both inside and out throughout the stay. Given the hot weather, it's hardly surprising, and at least there was bug spray available in the property.

A lovely week away in a well appointed town house with everything that we could have needed. Close to beaches and the main town. Whilst we didn’t need to contact the hosts throughout the stay they had provided us with good advice prior to our stay and we knew they were contactable if needed. Property was exactly as listed. On arrival the townhouse was spotlessly clean. Good quality linen, bedding and kitchen was fully stocked with all amenities.
You’re not right in the town which is good as there is no noise at night or early morning, beach is across the road and we found it very comfortable for our family. I would highly recommend and would stay again.

Lovely place and great location
The place is spacious, comfortable with good amenities. And only a short walk to restaurant, cafes, shops, beaches and the blowhole. It was a very rainy weekend and a dryer would’ve been a plus. Communication with Kerry was always prompt and we would highly recommend her place. Thanks
