La situation géographique de l'hôtel, et la gentillesse de la réceptionniste.
Il y a effectivement beaucoup de points à améliorer, avant de rédiger j'ai regardé à nouveau les commentaires et la note globale attribuée à l'hôtel qui je trouve est élevée, par rapport à ce que j'ai pu découvrir par rapport à la chambre communicante que j'avais réservée pour ma femme et mes deux enfants.
Quand je réserve une chambre d'hôtel, je regarde à la situation géographique, le prix, les équipements, etc. J'avais regardé à ce qu'il y ait l'air conditionné, malheureusement le système d'air conditionné de ma chambre était en panne. L'air conditionné de la chambre des enfants fonctionnait c'était déjà une bonne chose.
Je me suis adressé à la réceptionniste, elle a essayé de m'aider mais cela dépassait ses compétences, il fallait l'intervention d'un technicien. Nous avons donc passé une très mauvaise nuit après avoir passé une dizaine d'heures pour faire 600 Km à cause des embouteillages au retour du sud de la France.
Dormir dans une chambre, où l'atmosphère est lourd ce n'est pas agréable, malgré la fenêtre ouverte ! Soyons positif nous avons pu dormir correctement 4h30, c'est toujours mieux que rien.
Ensuite parlons des lieux et de la propreté, vous rentrez dans la chambre ça semble correct vous retirez vos chaussures, et puis vous allez dans la chambre des enfants vous passez par les portes communicantes donnant l'accès aux deux chambres quand soudainement vous butez dans les vis de la latte en fer du seuil qui sortent du sol ça fait très mal !
Vous regardez l'état des essuie de douche blanc qui sont douteux et du tapis de sol, on se demande comment on peut encore les laissé en services !

Very good discovery. Super clean, awesome location close to the Dijon Circuit, plenty of parking space for the car and the trailer, friendly staff, good breakfast and awesome restaurant.
I'll for sure come back next time.

Fairly good food in the restaurant.
The manager was a bit abrupt, probably too tired. Tesla destination charger was not free. If we had known that, we would have consider other hotels.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The secure parking was a bonus. Breakfast was fresh. Unlimited coffee ☕
