Zum Hotel gibt es nur positive Rückmeldungen! Liebevoll eingerichtet sind die Zimmer und mit einigen erotischen Details verziert. Das Personal ist durchweg sehr kundenorientiert!
Die Speisekarte im Ochsenwirt ist fleischorientiert. Die Steakqualität ist seht gut und wenn man die richtigen Beilagen wählt, kann man ausgiebig genießen. Gerichte wie Kartoffelkuchen oder Beilagen wie Kartoffelgratin sind eher auf der negativen Seite anzusiedeln, nicht empfehlenswert. Und die Menge, die auf dem Teller landet, könnte durchaus üppiger sein. Satt wird man erst mit Vorspeise und Nachtisch!

Wij waren er 4 dagen. De kamers werden niet schoongemaakt. Je moest overal om vragen. Ook iedere dag om schone handdoeken vragen.

Wir waren schon öfters im Hotel Liebesglück. Das Hotel hat eine super Lage in Winterberg, zentral aber dennoch ruhig. Parkplätze direkt am Haus vorhanden. Das Zimmer gemütlich eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Personal top, freundlich und sehr zuvorkommend. Das Frühstück einfach top, regionale Produkte, alles sehr lecker. Abendessen gebucht im Ochsenwirt. Die Qualität der Speisen einfach top. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Couldn’t contact the hotel to book in as all locked up.
Fortunately a guest let us in where we could pick up a key which had been left.

The hotel is perfect for couples. The room looks romantic and not suitable for children. We wanted to spend quality time without noisy from neighbors or other families. The favorite one is the complimentary sauna for a couple in a romantic room. A sauna session with a partner in the winter is the most relaxing thing what we need after playing ski or other sport activities. We find the hotel very suitable for our needs. We will definitely come here again!

Hotel is per friendly, has a lovely sauna room.
it was extremely noisy at night (right opposite a pub) with drunk people shouting and arguing. No shampoo or conditioner in the shower (only a body wash all in one) no coffee machine or even a kettle to make coffee in the morning. Had to go downstairs to find coffee and then had to select on a form what was taken from the coffee station (with no milk) and pay for it at check out.

They serve a great breakfast and cook a perfect steak in the restaurant. We booked the Christmas Eve dinner, it was a 5-course gourmet meal accompanied by piano playing and was a wonderful evening.
We woke every night from the sauna-like heat, it would be nice if that could be controlled better.

Felt price was too high for this hotel without breakfast. Having to order breakfast daily was annoying. Would have appreciated tea/coffee making facilities.

Very cozy hotel situated in a great location, just next to the main street in the city center. It was great since all restaurants and shops were walking distance. Easy access to ski slopes by car, no more than 10 min drive to the farthest one. Breakfast was very good. We enjoyed the sauna and it was great since you have it reserved to use it privately. We also had dinner at their restaurant - excellent food. Very friendly staff.
As other reviews already mention, the bed is too soft, which isn't good. Towels could be improved as they're small and thin. Also read about the noise from the pub, but fortunately we stayed in a room facing the parking lot, so it was quiet, otherwise you can indeed hear it. Rooms are not cleaned unless you ask to - we were not informed of it upon arrival, so it was an unpleasant surprise to get back to the room by end of day and it's all messy.

Nice room, friendly staff and tasteful breakfast. There were special rules due to corona, but all guests respected the social distance and everybody use face masks inside. There were also special rules for breakfast, you have to choose in advance from the menu and your breakfast was served to your table.

Breakfast was a minimalist version of a real breakfast and in a place like this it was unbelievable.
I do not know if it was due to stinginess or lack of products.
