Micul dejun exceptional , personalul foarte dragut si prietenos gata sa te ajute oricand! Domnisoarele de la receptie foarte dragute si prietenoase !
La receptie gasiti si un bar de asemenea o plasma imensa unde puteti viziona meciuri sau asculta muzica !
Curatenia 10/10, iar hotelul are la etajul 5 o piscina inchisa ,cu terasa sezlonguri unde vara te poti relaxa si bronza, sauna si o mica sala de fitness! Recomand, voi reveni cu placere !

Great location and very comfortable beds. Good value for money.
Seemed to be very few staff around in the evenings. Had an issue with my key and had to wait around 10 minutes at reception before someone turned up.

Tolle Lage, sehr nettes Personal, gutes Frühstück, großes sauberes und gut ausgestattetes Zimmer .
Wir haben nur das ständige entladen der Zimmerkarte als störend empfunden.

Hotel is very central, only 10 minutes walk from the Hbf. Reception and bar staff were approachable and helpful. breakfast was very good.
The decor was very tired. The room was clean but the A/C was noisy and inefficient. Bed wasn't comfortable.

Das Bemühen der Mitarbeiterin an der Rezeption der das Thema Mäuse sichtlich unangenehm war…
Mausalarm im Zimmer!!!
Auf Bitten an der Rezeption um ein anderes Zimmer konnte nur Zimmer im Hotel in Ladenburg angeboten werden da Hotel wohl ausgebucht war. Man wisse um die „Mäuseproblematik“, aber mehr als einmal pro Woche den Kammerjäger kommen zu lassen könne man nicht tun….

Zentrale Lage, tolles Frühstücksbuffet.
Personal war freundlich. Die Zimmer zweckmäßig.
Wellnessbereich war geschlossen. Eine Information darüber erfolgte nicht. Dies war jedoch mit ein Hauptgrund für die Buchung.
Unsere Bitte nach einem Early Check In blieb unbeantwortet.
Zwar zentral gelegen, dafür aber laut bis in die Nachtstunden.

Location, Quiet room, comfy beds and cleanliness.
Staff were accomodating but didnt let us check in early, eventhough we were there like 3 hourse before the check in time. I emailed them, I called them but no answer.

The rooms are really spacious and well designed. The staff was very helpful and professional. The hotel is well connected by public transport.

I stayed a twin bed room. It is comfortable a bed size was bigger than other hotels.
The bathroom door didn't lock. Also, the soap dispenser was empty, so I used the one in the shower room.

The hotel was very central tucked away from the main street but close to the train station. The bedroom was very spacious and was well appointed.

Nice big room and excellent location.
Unfortunately the pool was closed and the shower in the room partly broken. Also no hair conditioner which is annoying when you have long hair.
