- no table in the room - no tea/coffee making facilities - we cannot use open kitchen to boil water - hotel staff was not nice - only German speaking

There should be at least a kettle in the room, to make hot water for tea or coffee. We also missed chairs in the room, to put clothes, or store things.

Close to metro! Around the corner. Restaurants nearby. Insuite shower was very hot. Toilet down the hall. Was very clean

Above and beside late night bars. Very noisy. Prefer to have insuite toilet. Some rooms do. Others don't.

It's very close to the publick transport stop, in a nice neighborhood. The view from the windows was amazing, the room has a nice historic look. Check in/checkout times are better than in other hotels.

There was no private toilet, just bathroom, and hard to figure it out in the booking description. Also, outside nightlife noises passed the double windows so we had to find ear plugs. But maybe it's just a location next to a bar, so if you a not light sleeper it's all good.

Location

Staff refused to let us drink water unless we bought breakfast from them (we reached post breakfast time). The entrance to the hotel seemed like it hadn't been cleaned for decades. The room smelled really weird, maybe because of poor ventilation. I would highly recommend against staying at this hotel.

Great location, lot of bars and restaurants around and there are open from early mornning till late evening. The best place in Berlin for living.

Price was reseanable. Space of room was comfortable

Cleaning of room was poor . Some of staff didn't talking in English. Bed was not comfortable.

Location - a few metres from the S-Bahn station, close to the centre. Clean and silent. Cosy small room with a washbasin and a shower. Adequate price for a Berlin.

Floors are a bit noisy at some places in the room.

The room was fine, enough room for 3 of us

Our bathroom light went out in the evening, we told the lady at the reception desk, she said we had to wait until the morning to get it fixed. we would take our flashlights in the bathroom with us so we could see. in the morning we went to ask when they were going to fix the light. It was a new lady at the reception desk and she knew nothing about it, the lady the night before didn’t leave a work order or tell anyone about the issue. The service could have been better.

Nothing too much in particular. The room was clean and the staff friendly.

I had to pay cash on arrival - that was annoying. The internet was not functioning and there was loud noise from the guests in the floor above until 2 am. That's not the hotel's fault but they should not allow that to happen.

central location, S Bahn Savignyplatz really close by. I liked the shower. Breakfast was ok and only cost 7€. Theres not much you can expect for that price and it was really an ok breakfast for a cheap price. coffee was awful though. I liked the cleanliness of the room and the fact that they provided a little sachet of shampoo and a little bar of soap. that was perfect for my 2 night stay. If you like to smoke hookah/shisha there are several options nearby. Späti nearby.

Let me start from the very beginning: once I got there from the train station, I was greeted with a giant staircase and a sign that said: reception 2nd floor - not ideal if you travel with luggage. But okay - it's an older house. The receptionist told me that they would only accept cash and that there would not be an option to pay at the end of the stay - so I had to go and find an ATM and withdraw the cash even though the website clearly advertises that they accept credit cards (you even need one to book the property). After I paid, I finally received the key to my room which was right next (meaning half a meter) to the reception - not a problem I thought but it turned out to be incredibly noisy especially in the morning hours. I tried some small talk with the receptionist but no chance. cold and rude. whatever I was here for the room after all. As advertised - you get a bed, a shower and a sink - no toilet. I knew that. However, the room looked very old and not in the best shape. Thankfully it was clean and it was ok for a two night stay. But don't let the nice pictures fool you - for what's offered, the price is simply too high. It was the cheapest option on booking.com but it was just so bare bones I could have just slept in a hostel. What I'm most disappointed by is how bad they oversell their property on their website: they make it seem like it's the Ritz when its 2-3 years from becoming an absolute s..hole. This is what they claim: "Comfortable rooms and attentive service will ensure a pleasant stay. Our 25 rooms are havens of peace and comfort. Warm color tones combined with spacious facilities offer a harmonious atmosphere in the heart of the vibrant metropolis." - the rooms were not comfortable, the staff was not attentive, the stay was not pleasant, the rooms are not havens of peace (they are in fact incredibly loud - there were not one but two Shisha bars right in front of the hotel which are opened until 3-4am).
