Great staff from the reception up to the waiters. They were very helpful and friendly. Also the great cafe concert singer on the terrace made our evening even warmer.

Very beautiful hotel with charm of swiss chalet. Excellent breakfast, staff always helpful, beds very comfortable and all very clean. Also quiet. Would stay again.

Perfect hotel with character set in the centre of town. Staff friendly and offer old fashioned homely service. Hotel is quite picturesque with plenty of character. Restaurant at the entrance also ideal. We enjoyed the nearby spa and sauna center which was a short walk and the hotel stay offered a small discount on entry. We are very happy we chose this hotel for our short stay.

The hotel had a very whimsical and cute interior, although a bit confusing to find your room at times. The room itself was nice, comfortable and well decorated. The personnel were very kind and helpful. Delicious breakfast buffet.

Cosy little hotel with a lot of details. It's in the middle of the walking district so it's close to everything. Nice restaurant at the hotel.

The hotel is in a charming pedestrian area in the centre of Baden Baden, close to interesting shops and within walking distance of the main attractions. It has a good restaurant, and breakfast was plentiful and good quality.

Parking was only available some way away, and cost extra.

The reception :( The cold in the room : it was very cold in the room. We told to the reception and they really don't care. I'm so desapointed for this kind oh hotel. I never come back again and I don't recommend!
