very good hotel , enjoy my time in the city

People at the reception were very, very nice. I believe I also met the owner of the hotel, who obviously enjoyed being a hotel manager. Room was super clean and orderly. It was a little noisy in the night.

Locatie is super: Midden in het centrum.

I know photos on the website are always better than what you get, but this was scam-level misrepresentation: the hotel has a separate section with cheap rooms (the rooms with single digit room numbers). The photo was of the normal hotel rooms, in actuality we got the cheap room with the shower in the corner (just with a curtain to separate from the beds). The beds: they are on such loose wheels that you cannot put them together into 1 bed without them rolling apart instantly. Also, if you put the beds together, the bed comes away from the wall to fit the radiator (which I banged my head against multiple times). I tried tying the beds together with a towel: did not work. Normally you get what you pay for, however this was priced like a good hotel room.

The staff is really friendly, the room is clean.

It could be a bit annoying at night when the church bell rings frequently. The ventilation could be better, especially the shower is right inside the room (which is also quite interesting…)

It was a nice room to sleep in. We went outside the whole vacation.

Nothing special. Maybe the bathrooms can be modernised.

Rooms need more air circulation. It's too hot there in the summer.

Bad mattress , sauna not working , bad smell in room and you hear literally everything from the neighbors room

Room without air conditioning! It was very stuffy! The soundproofing of the rooms is very poor!

The location side of our room was very noisy and the fact that we had to pay for two rooms and ended up using one as a family was very annoying

The hotel was gorgeus. I booked the apartment, and the facilities were complete, and importantly the view was incredible. The location was really great, close to anywhere. The staffs are wonderful, especially Mr Sasha, the extremely kind person. I had an issue with my flight, and he did an extra mile to assist me in confirming with the airlines and the taxi arrangement. Overall, I had a pleasant stay at the Residenz Hotel. Thank you!
