The location is very good. There are plenty of public transit services nearby. Also, it's close to the Obelisco building on 9 de Julio avenue.

Firstly, I don't want to blame the hotel staff for the following. I feel like they are great people, but it's just that they don't have the right tools to do their work. Secondly, I wasn't expecting a great experience watching the previous reviews and images. However, the experience was poorer than I expected: 1. General facilities and rooms are usually dirty. 2. Garage availability was managed terribly. 3. They make their pillows with questionable pillow-staffing and, generally, uncomfortable. 4. Having the right amount of towels was almost impossible—one towel per person, none in the bathroom. We repeatedly asked for towels, but it felt like they didn't give us towels, not because they didn't want to, but because they didn't have any. When you get to the point of making your pillows (assuming it's to save some money), you can guess there will also be issues with towels. 5. Breakfast was highly disappointing. Just go around to any nearby cafe. 6. While there, I had to check the images I saw on Booking because I couldn't believe it. Images are way off reality.

In my opinion the staff was not so friendly. My feeling was they do their work and treat guests with indifference. The hotel doenst has breakfast or other benefits it is simply a place to rest and sleep. The bed was comfortable and the shower was okay.

It is amazing they do not offer a simple cup of tea with one toast. Also, If you need something to eat or drink at night the area does not offer good options. I believe the price of the hotel make nonsense for the facilities they offer.

Staff is unhelpful and impolite, system is always messing up and there will be no solution to any of their messups. We did not have a room when we arrived in the middle of the night even though we had booked the day before our arrival too. So we spent the night in a cold random room that the reception guy changed sheets in. The next day we didn't have towels in the room after morning cleaning and when we asked for towels they refused to give us any because it wasn't their job to

The property sent me a confirmation when it came to my special request, which was 2 twin beds. Once there, we got 1 double bed. I sent a message to the property (here in the app) asking a question. Never got a reply. I got charged $3094.88 (pesos) instead of the amount stated in the app. The receptionist couldn’t tell me why. The room I hired said “city view”… there was no view at all. It was extremely noisy. The walls are super thin. I had to ask the girls next to us to keep it quiet. I found 2 small cockroaches in the bathroom. Cleaning was okay. One pillow was okay, the other one was a rock. Had to sleep without a pillow. Check out is 10. 9.45 we had the cleaning lady knocking on the door. Wouldn’t recommend the hotel

2 things: don’t trust in the currency converter in booking, they’ll charge you in dollars at the exchange price that is not always accurate with booking. I got a double bedroom , small bed was too small

The location is very good for my purposes. The breackfast was better than at many 3 star hotels.

The TV had very few channels and there was wi-fi only in the lobby.
