The hotel service is quite nice and there is a big parking space attached to the hotel. The hotel is clean (not quite new, but still), you can easily find a supermarket with a couple of restaurants (just some fast food and one Mexican) nearby. Please, mind, that the hotel is quite far from the Madrid city and you need a car to get there
The hotel is a little bit "tired and old", there are a lot of people in the dining room for the breakfast in the rush hours from 8:30 to 9:30 (the first day we had to wait to enter the breakfast). In my mind, a little bit expensive for such an ordinary hotel

Assistenza per la partenza, scarsa serietà nel rispetto degli orari o avvalersi di collaborazione esterna innafidabile.
Parlo del taxi prenotato in tempo ed avviati della necessità di partire in tempo per l'aeroporto, il giorno seguente alle 5:30 alla reception mi avvicino per sapere del mio taxi se era tutto in ordine, mi dice sì... Insomma alle 6:00 ora utile per la partenza, candidamente mi dice non può arrivare che ha un altro impegno, per me assolutamente assurdo, sono riuscito comunque ad arrivare e fare il check giusto alla chiusura...

The location was perfect for us. We were a short taxi ride to the Warner Bros theme park.

This is non smoking hotel, but people still smoke in the rooms and the hallway smells. It’d be nice if it had a pool!

As a place to crash for one night it was ok, beds were small but overall comfy
The room smelt really bad of stale cigarettes, they told us perhaps someone walked past the room window and smoke came in? Hmm.. nope. Anyway we asked to move but they were full so we opened the windows.

It's a hotel for short stays, it's a low budget hotel but it has a nice breakfast and good facilities, clean room and good location. Good customer service.
The hotel has free parking spaces.
My only comment is about the pillows and the air conditioner was not adjustable, but other than that nothing else.

The selection of food was nice, but some of the hot dishes looked not very tasty.
The cleaning was done very respectfully with our belongings. The shower pressure was very good and the shampoo and shower gel smelled nicely. Although the hotel is situated right off the highway, it is not very loud.
We had two beds set together which moved a lot when entering the bed.
The sheets on some of the pillows were inside out. The bathroom's interior could use a refresh as it seemed quite old and used. The window didn't close completely because it was broken. No smart TV available.
