Me gustan los hoteles más pequeños, pero eso no hay remedio

La comida estaba muy buena y la piscina tenía muy buen baño aunque había mucha arena en el fondo
No había aire acondicionado en los hall de las plantas ni en los baños comunes, solo en la recepción. La nevera de la habitación hacía mucho ruido continuamente. No había información detallada de la comida: tipos de pan, sabores de las tartas, horarios del comedor…

Muy buen servicio y muy atentos y amables todos los trabajadores un 10 el personal las instalaciones estan muy bien limpias y cuidadas volvere a repetir sin duda
La cama un poco incomoda y las almohadas muy pequeñas pareces que duerme sobre el colchón pero en recepción el chico muy amable me dio dos almohadas por lo demás esta muy bien el hotel volveré a repetir

Bufete bien, ubicación muy bien. Actividades para niños.
Personal barra de piscina regular, me llama la atención por recoger unos vasos de plástico y dejarlos allí para la basura. Poca variedad en comida bufet para los niños. No hay Sala de juegos. Gimnasio en el hotel de enfrente.

El buffet muy bien, la ubicación genial. El todo incluido muy bien.
El wifi no funciona casi nunca, el hotel nos aviso a nuestra llegada que cerraba el domingo, un montón de gente se quejó porque ya no se podría utilizar las instalaciones. La cama no es cómoda pero bueno bien.

not happy with no double bed either and I had firstly booked with a bath tub and all we got was a shower so disappointed it was lovely and clean snd a debt view

Loved absolutely everything....very nice and clean...parking available under the hotel...great location for beach, restaurants, shops, pubs and public transport.

we never got to stay at this hotel because when we arrived it was closed with no prior notice before departing from the uk. however as we have stayed at this hotel on numerous occasions in the past we were aware that the hotel next door is the sister hotel and we reported there instead and they informed us they were expecting us. they said they had tried to contact us by phone to inform us but we were unaware if this and no real apology was offered
we ended up staying at los Delfines but would have preferred to have stayed at the Gaviotas which was our hotel of choice and where we have stayed on numerous occasions in the past

It was closed up completely did not look like it had been in use for a time.Reception doors closed ,filthy dirty,rubbish strewn across the floor furniture covered in dust sheets computers disconnected.Phoned several times went to answer phone,kept pressing the buzzer on the door no sign of life anywhere.We want a full refund as soon as possible.

Beautiful view over the Mar Menor and the islands from the balcony. Lovely room. Friendly helpful staff. Great position to tour the Area. Close to the beach.
