Posizione ottima di fronte al mare, tutte le comodità a portata di mano. La struttura e’ eccezionale,ha 3 piscine e l’acqua e’ leggermente riscaldata

Troppo rumoroso. Nonostante le stanze siano con muri spessi,ad ogni ora del giorno e della notte ci sono urla e schiamazzi belli forti. Nessuna regola per vietare/regolare la situazione. Abbiamo prenotato mezza pensione con cena inclusa,ma la cena non era per niente ok (forse non erano preparati per la stagione) ma ci sono venuti incontro.

hotel senza regole. non permettono ad un bimbo di 4 anni di mangiare un biscotto in zona piscina perché non comprato al bar della struttura ( che non vende biscotti) in compenso consente a tutti di fare feste in camera a base di alcol e marijuana ed inoltre permette ingresso a prostitute dei locali vicini senza alcun controllo

It wasn’t that clean, and when i pointed it our the staff dealt with it fast, so i would like to say it’s innocent mistake of a worker.

Excellent location & nice views from the rooms. The housekeeper does an excellent job.

The staff must be trained, when i booked i requested a quite room on the higher floors and i was told that they would look into it. At checkin very unprofessional lady by the name of Annhana i think, i reminded her of my request and she stated that we will be given a quite room on the 3rd floor. Guess what, we were given a room just on top of Bar/restaurant/club that plays music day and night. Furthermore when got into the room we found the AC leaking, informed the reception and we were told it would be fixed. Multiple reminders day of checkin and 3 other ladies at the checkin counter promised that it would be fixed by the time we get back from dinner. Nothing was done, it was even worst. Now water is leaking from the electricity spot/bulb very dangerous!!! i went back to the reception and at last i was given a straight answer by a gentleman. The maintenance guy is gone and won’t come back until tomorrow and i will not be giving a false promise. i couldn’t sleep at night we my wife and two kids and readily scared of a short circuit. In the morning i went to the reception and demanded to see the GM of the Hotel. Maria was at the counter, extremely professional. She called him and he pretended that he was busy and not at the property. Instead he sent a Guess relations person. An intern, poor girl she inexperienced and didn’t know what to do. It was Maria who managed everything, sent the technical team to fix and offered to change rooms. I still demanded that the GM would call. Nothing he never called! What kind of leadership. Another problem with the hotel is that Gates to beach are closed until 11am!!! Seafront hotel with no access to the beach in the morning. You have to go around the block!!! Other staff also need to be trained. But i give a huge thank to Maria who was very helpful.

The position of the hotel is amazing, the cleanilness was superb.

At night we were hearing a weird sound like ventilation from outside sound and was not super easy to sleep.

- My room was on side of night clubs and there was loud music until 6AM - There was cooking smell from bar kitchen that was located just bellow my room - Hotel and rooms were outdated and need renovation - There was toilet like smell coming from the air-conditioning. Without air-condition turn on was too hot and impossible to sleep - Entrance and hotel lobby were very bad not matching to 4star hotel - There was not cleaner service avaliable in the afternoon - I forgot some items in the room, try to contact them two times and they didn't care to response Definitely not going in this hotel again and don't recommend it

The hotel was quite OK. Our room was very large, with a nice terrace and an excellent sea view. There were some minor difficulties, e.g.: - a renovation was still going on, not reflected at their Website or in their rates or elsewhere, thus some parts of the territory were unusable. Ask about possible construction before reserving - a part of their beachfront area is now rented out to a third-party "beach club" of sorts, which does not allow hotel guests to walk through to the sea and does not give any sensible explanations. But the hotel personnel is all very friendly, so just ask them when you encounter a problem and chances are that they'll have a solution. Thus they have advised that the hotel still maintains a small beach front area (in the right corner if looking towards the sea) through which we as guests of the hotel could finally access the sea beach.

Everything just the food menue wasn't very adventurous only burgers and chips but apart from that everything els was unbelievable

The hotel is located right on the beach and the location is amazing. Everything was fabulous and I intend to come back for a longer stay

personnel was expecting that we would be happy to eat 7 days consecutive fast food at Burger Bar (Burger-Burritos-Nachos) when we asked for real dinner organized 1st evening 6 dishes, 2nd evening 3 dishes, 3rd day 2 dishes. we refused and we theoretically got ridicolous 88 € compensation that will be paid from booking.com ! Strongly recommend to take out this hotel from your offer. the worst thing was that we found out that the problem existed already one year ago and they continue to not look for a solution like a buffet with fish-meat-vegetable or a la carte restaurant.

good location, perfect beachfront; very safe and friendly for kids; it was nice that it was quiet silent in the evening time; variations and assortment of breakfest was perfect; stuff was very helpfull and friendly.

the view is the best view ever

a bit misunderstanding the information on booking . I had issues that I booked a sea view room but then on checkin I get the half view of seaside . the room I booked didn’t match with the picture , I was a bit disappointed but at the end I paid extra money and changed with full view( lady told me that I didn’t chose with full sea view, but there is not a option on booking )and other thing I asked about double bed , they did said don’t have it , but at the end you can get a king size bed arranged from 2 singles which to be honest I was nearly to don’t book the room so don’t lose your customers with wrong information. so disappointed they don’t replay my messages on booking, just once and that’s it

The bathroom has horrible smell from the pipes during my stay. It was also noisy from air-conditioning equipment located above the room.

The place of the hotel is in the party area and it is a bit noisy. Not recommended for children. It's great for party tourism.
