The location was fantastic and so close to the beach! We walked to magaluf but had so many lovely places to eat and drink around the hotel. The hotel was clean and the the deal we got was real value for money.

The reception staff weren't very approachable and not helpful but thankfully the guest experience lady was great and happy to help in our issue. Don't expect any air conditioning- our room was warm, unpleasant and in some ways unbearable to stay in but thankfully this lady listened after reception staff pretty much lied to us on 3 separate occasions as to why our air conditioning wasn't working. So we moved rooms and we were given a fan- i hasten to add it wasn't even peak season! I wouldn't go back purely due to the warm and sticky rooms which does sound trivial but we purposely look for air conditioning. The only other comment I'd make is the buffet is decent enough but we still ate out at night- always our choice. However there's no real replenishing when food runs out for example brown bread one morning and milk x2 mornings.

Difficult to get loungers around the pool due to all being covered in towels by other residents, could be controlled better.

I had a sen child with me and their response and discrimination behaviour towards us was unmatched. We had no access to an accessible room and I had to purchase to rooms to facilitate. They wouldn’t allow us a room to check out later unless we paid €60 and unfortunately we had to do this so my son could have down time before our flight. Staff were rude. Lifts barely worked.

The hotel was in a perfect location. close to bars, restaurants and a few minutes from a lovely golden sandy beach.

It felt extremely overcrowded and it took a very long time to get served at the bar. The restaurant was also very busy.

The breakfast was very good, snacks available all day outwith meal times. A very varied choice of food so suits all requirements. Staff always very friendly and helpful. Great location

its its very bad hotel, its not possible to sleep on this bad, very old, kitchen was not so good

I loved the all inclusive there is no limit to the drink ! Only have to pay for the top stuff like the well known brands like Smirnoff or Bombay but the free Spanish stuff was just as nice ! And they free pour so it was amazing !
