Good location, free car parking and reasonable prices. Staff were friendly when the reception was open.

Unfortunately the accommodation was very dirty and clearly hadn't been cleaned from the previous guests. The WiFi didn't work at all during our stay. Only one toilet roll for 4 guests. The 'kitchen' was very basic and lacking in equipment, for example there were only 2 knives and 2 pans which made cooking a meal very difficult (there is also no proper oven). Also, there was a very officious inventory listing all the cleaning charges and damages, but there were lots of items missing. There was no cleaning equipment provided to clean the apartment apart from 1 dirty cloth, and the vacuum cleaner was very poor. The reception was also never open and there were a few times we needed to speak to a member of staff but weren't able to. Overall a poor quality accommodation and I wouldn't stay here again. I am also yet to receive my 400 euro security deposit back despite chasing this with the accommodation 3 times now and the reception staff saying that the deposit will be returned immediately on checkout. Next step, I will be contacting my bank and submitting a credit card charge back request.

All good things were completely overshadowed by the rudeness of the staff. From the day we got there they were far from welcoming, still haven’t seen someone smile yet. There are so many other places in La Plagne that have what this place have but with actually welcoming staff. According to some of the locals this place is renowned for this so it’s not just us.
